I am clearly not the target audience for this, but even objectively, this is barely a game. It's a dress-up tool with a 'glitch' aesthetic that mostly just looks like the graphics card is dying. There is no challenge, no story, and no meaningful interaction.
It’s a sandbox for kids to make avatars, and while it might keep a ten-year-old busy for an hour, it offers nothing to a gamer. The UI is cluttered, the ads are constant, and the 'neon' theme is just a series of high-contrast filters. It’s a pass on every level.
