It’s really fun
Tue Jul 08 2025 I_wonder_who….So it’s a really good game and pretty similar to the ads. So there is the divorced mother and the daughter renovating their home/restaurant with merging things to make orders. With that there is a storyline that’s pretty interesting. A lot of people were like how it’s not like the ads but I thought about it and while it’s not exactly like the ads it’s really similar and has a similar concept. They are right about the no ads part. And it other games it’s nearly impossible to get more energy when it’s empty but you get energy as you level up and you can merge energy to refill all your energy. And you can watch a ad for 15 energy. You can also pay 10 gems for full energy again. And my favorite part. GEMS ARE EASY TO GET. I don’t have to worry about using up all my gems because I can just merge to get more! Like I literally get 10 gems daily and that’s how good it is. I’ve downloaded so many games similar to this but I haven’t found one that lets you get energy and gems so easily. And you have probably seen the ad that says you get a starter bonus? Yeah but it’s for every level!!!!!! Can you believe it lol. So anyway you should definitely give this game a try and write a review because this game is honestly so underrated.
Game is pretty great except..
Wed Oct 09 2024 ZepholoseExcept for when they have the card collection event because their algorithm doesn’t work correctly. They keep trying to explain it to me as if I don’t understand even though I provide them with plenty of proof to show that it’s consuming 101 stars EVEN though I have enough cards with stars to make it an even 100 stars to receive a gift. It’s frustrating when you have enough to get 3 gifts yet you can’t because of this issue. I wish I could provide screenshots to show everyone EXACTLY what I mean. The story also started off great but as you progress further and further the attention to detail really falls off. Constant grammar issues as well as missing context for certain scenes. But don’t worry they just want you to tell them exactly what’s wrong with it instead of doing their job and fixing/ figuring it out themselves, even though you provide them with screen shots of these issues. Where is the quality assurance with this game?? Really frustrated with this because it’s a bunch of little things that pile up over time. I just want them to actually care about the app and show it in their work and caring for the consumers who play this game by providing bug fixes instead of adding a new theme. Send out a gift even to all players who’ve been playing this game as a way of saying sorry about this bug instead of gaslighting their clients into thinking they don’t know how to add numbers together.
Pure Honesty
Wed Oct 16 2024 kikitinySo obviously this game isn’t at all like what the adds say, even the previews are misleading until the last three or so. With that being said, I downloaded it under the impression the game was what was being shown in the adds, and to my frustration, it clearly wasn’t. However it is still a good game, I came for one game and ended up staying for another. It’s pretty fun and i’ve had this game for a while now. The plot so far is good, it has good story building so far, however there are some downsides again. One, you won’t really excel at this game unless you give in and pay up, I have yet to spend money but if you don’t you just spend a lot of time waiting, whether it be for more energy or a lot of other stuff. Second, whenever it has those events for a themed space, it’s really unfair how much time they give you, especially for those that can’t spend money on this game. You can only really complete it if you spend every waking hour playing it AND spend money on it. And worst of all, the time frame is the only chance you get, there’s no coming back to it or nothing so you’re just left with a half empty done lot because you either A. didn’t have enough time and or B. have enough money. I’m still salty about being misled and all of the obvious money grabs but I still play it for now, this review was to provide some insight for everyone else. ☺️
App creators please read
Mon Apr 07 2025 StarsAndPinesI’ll be honest, I originally downloaded this from one of those weird ads I saw for it. I planned to play it, obviously find out it sucked, and then give it a bad review saying how it wasn’t like the ads. And it’s not! I think it’s super unfortunate that they market this game SO poorly. Even some of the images in the app store are wrong. This is just another one of those games that doesn’t match the ads for it. And that’s actually a good thing here! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the game is so much better than the ads for it. The game has so much to do, the art style is nice (I’m just really hoping it’s not ai. No one who values real art likes the fake ai generated stuff), and the storyline and characters are interesting. I don’t even have to watch ads! Not a single one! The only ads are the ones you choose to watch for a reward. Honestly really refreshing to see that. It’s actually a crime how poorly they advertise this game, considering how good it actually is. Advertise the actual gameplay!! Show all the great things this game ACTUALLY has in it instead of those generic, awful, practically rage bait ads and images. This game deserves better than that.
Long Term Game
Sat Jan 04 2025 lilchickincmcBy “long term game”, I mean if you want to spend a LOT of money, or don’t mind that you only can play for 5-10 minutes TOPS every two hours, and having it take DAYS/WEEKS to complete any tasks or orders, then this is for you. Not a huge fan of the storyline, but this takes my mind off work on my short breaks. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to get (1) energy. Most orders take 600-thousands of energy to complete for measly rewards. Want more energy? You can use diamonds…oh wait…you have to buy them if you don’t want to wait WEEKS to accumulate enough diamonds for one refill. Kind of a shame, because if the rewards and amount of energy actually grew with the levels, it would be an alright game. Just don’t be disappointed that you have to basically set an alarm, and play 5 minutes every couple hours to accomplish anything. Oh! And if you need more coins…you can sell items…An item that takes 300+ energy (and probably days to be able to merge) you get a whopping (4), yes, FOUR coins. It takes HUNDREDS of coins to progress in the story line…like I said…good game for short break times, just don’t expect to accomplish anything in the time frames, or within a week without spending $$$ and lots of your time waiting and checking in every few hours for energy to build.
Addicting but hard to advance without spending money
Sat May 11 2024 Bonbons23685775First off, the ads for Gossip Harbor are NOT consistent with the game. But nonetheless, Gossip Harbor is an incredibly addicting and low stress game. But as you advance in the game, it gets harder and harder to continue without spending money. You use “energy” to match items which build up to the final item that the customer is asking for. You can only accumulate a maximum of 100 energy, and you get 1 energy every 2 minutes. So it takes 200 minutes (over 3 hours) to accumulate all that. As you level up, the items become more “complicated.” For example, you need two cups of tea to make a glass of iced tea. You need two glasses of iced tea to make a mason jar of iced tea. And you need two mason jars of iced tea to make the final pitcher of iced tea. That means you need 40 energy to make the pitcher. But some items require more iterations, so you would need easily 200 or more energy. You can’t move forward in the game until you make enough customer items for coins. So then there are packs you can pay for energy and jewels (which buy you energy or items so you don’t need to use energy). The packs are usually between $1-4, so not much at first. But you can easily spend a large amount in a week depending on how impatient you are.
Good needs minor changes
Mon Dec 26 2022 JJJ5467543I have tried several merge games and this is one of two that I really enjoy enough to log into daily to play. Visually, the play board is nice and the story is not horrible and is easy to skip through if you want to. However, it gets extremely frustrating to work towards one order for several weeks because most sources will release 6-10 items then need to recharge for an hour. I play to relax at night or on a lunch break so I’m not going to log on again an hour later when the source is reloaded. At level 22 I’m often not able to fill any orders because all 4-5 customer require items from the very limited sources. I purchased a promo package that awards rare items for filling orders and I can’t ever fulfill the daily challenge because there aren’t enough orders that don’t require extremely limited items (like level 10 shells that take 2 weeks to fill). It’s also frustrating to have the play board constantly cluttered with rare items that will take weeks to get the pieces to merge to create a finished source (beach baskets for example) I have started looking for other games to switch to because of this but otherwise this could have been a super fun game.
False advertisement is frustrating
Sun Feb 23 2025 LavbobblackThe game is nothing like what it is advertised as, absolutely nothing. That said, the game is fun until you get to a point where everything requires so much merging that it takes less than two minutes until you’re out of energy and have to wait for it to refill or spend money to get more. It’s crazy to me that it’s taking me longer to write this than it takes me to go through the measly 100 energy points after opening the game. There should be a way to increase energy storage as you level up and complete days. Energy should also be refilled after completing the day. You can’t have things that take over 100 energy points to create with very few ways of refilling energy for free. I’m at a point where I’m ready to uninstall because of the lack of energy available to complete the orders. How do you have all these little “races” or competitions but don’t give any extra energy for people to go through it? It’s just crazy. Figure out your energy system. It requires too much for a game that falsely advertises itself and then has people spending money to play if they don’t want to wait for their energy to refill just to complete orders.
Gatcha game.
Sun Jan 26 2025 Wielder13First off, ads that brought me into this game are inconsistent with the actual game play. I’m level 109 and over “128 days” in, and still have yet to see the gameplay options that appear “later in game” as shown in the ads. Pretty much making it a bait and switch. If your ads do not reflect your primary gameplay, then the ads are a LIE. I mean you can call it a light deception if you like, but let’s be honest, those ads that led me to this game Never Manifested in ANY way in this game.
Then there is the gambling aspect… this game uses random number generators to give you awards in both events and regular play. Here is the problem though… it’s very hard to find the odds about the events. And what’s worse, is that the posted odds when you do find them are WRONG. They have these card collecting events. With 15 sets. Sets 1 to 7 are the lowest star ratings. Here’s the catch, according to their public odds, ALL 1 star cards have an equal chance of appearing. I call shenanigans. It’s simply not possible. I measured the card rate drop over 6 events, and ALL cards of 1 star in the first set have a drop rate more than 5 times more common than 1 star cards in set 4, 5, 6, or 7. It’s rigged. It’s fraudulent.
Demand refunds or report this to the App Store. It’s bad enough the ads are fake, but the public data on the odds is an outright lie.

Mon Jul 17 2023 Viktra1.0Seriously a cash cow game. They make their money easily off of you and the paid advertisements. I only made it to level 13, while spending my money. Yes my fault, the point is. I only got to that level by spending money. The requests of the dinners are so ridiculously hard to make, and the game started feeling redundant. Basically you get no where fast. Even while spending money. Then they allow you to get extra energy by advertising. So they are making that money too. The they start encouraging you to play their other games for rewards. So basically, you will spend money there too. I honestly did not pay much attention to the storyline for the most part, however when I did, I was even more put off. What a waste of time and money. If you like repetitive game play this may be for you. And let me assure you, IT IS REDUNDANTLY REPETITIVE. And a cash cow. Technically a F2P game. However, if you really want to advance in a reasonable way. Then you must P2P.
Update- got the typical cookie cutter response. It was as always seriously unhelpful. My review will remain at -0.
Save your time and money. Unless you have excessive time to play into their other social media contests and hope you win anything. Fact remains. No matter how much energy you get. The game is still 2 redundant to get anywhere to be considered satisfying.
