I Love Hue Too+ is quite possibly the most relaxing game on the App Store. There are no timers, no high scores to beat, and no punishment for making a wrong move. It’s just you, some beautiful colors, and a lovely synth soundtrack. It’s almost meditative. The 'Plus' version is particularly great because it removes all ads, allowing you to stay in that peaceful 'zone' for as long as you want.
Compared to the first game, the puzzles here are much more complex. The new geometric shapes really force you to think about how colors bleed into one another in different directions. Sometimes I’ll stare at a board for five minutes before I realize one single tile is out of place, and the 'click' when it finally settles into the right spot is immensely satisfying. It’s a gorgeous, intelligent, and calming experience that I think everyone should have on their phone for those high-stress moments.
This is one of the few mobile games I actually keep on my phone. It’s not trying to be an 'experience' or a 'cinematic masterpiece.' It’s just a clever puzzle game. As I get older, I find I have less patience for complex controls, so sorting colors into gradients is just the right speed. It’s incredibly polished and the sound design is soothing. It won’t win 'Game of the Year' because it lacks ambition, but for what it is—a zen-like color sorter—it’s nearly perfect. A bit samey after a hundred levels, though.
Performance: Perfect; no issues encountered.
Buy if: You want a stress-free game to play before bed.

Unique Geometry: New tiling patterns that challenge spatial logic.
No Ads: Completely uninterrupted relaxing experience.
The goal is to move tiles until the board forms a perfect gradient. Look for the 'anchor' tiles—these are marked with a dot and cannot be moved. Use them as your reference points to determine which shades of color belong in the surrounding spaces.
The game features complex geometric shapes like hexagons and stars, making the puzzles much harder than the original. If you get stuck, take a step back and look at the whole board to see where the 'flow' of color breaks. Complete the three daily challenges to earn special rewards.
The game relies heavily on color perception, so it may be very difficult for those with certain types of color blindness.
