1. Military Dock Overall Upgrade with the Lv.12 Warships shocking debut.
2. Added research projects in the War Research Missions.
3. After upgrading the Flagship Dock, the Flagship Level Limit increases to Lv.74.
4. After upgrading the Outfitting Factory, the Outfitting Fortify Limit increases to Lv.14.
5. Added Stages to the Deep Space Relics and Simulation Center.
