If you think you can wait to play again, FEAR NO MORE!
Sat Dec 31 2022 to those who made this game:I really love this game because everyone thinks they have to wait to get the health back. But to me, I don’t see a way of waiting for your heroes to be at full health again. I have a strategy that can make this game to where you can play like there is no tomorrow. And I am happy to tell you! But you are all going to listen up, because this is where it gets…
…COMPLICATED…
So for example, you fail a level because your hero died, right? That’s when you would normally quit the game for a while and wait for your hero to heal to full, right? WRONG! Your hero automatically revives to five health, making it usable again. So how I do this, I go back to the first levels and beat them without taking damage. Enemies killed have a chance of dropping hearts that heal your hero upon pickup or level completion. And the best part, you can repeat this trick without getting sued on, as the game accepts this trick no matter the cost!
Hope this trick helps you all to get back to those levels you were stuck on for months on full health so you can try and try again, infinite attempts. And remember: if you die, repeat the strat!
Yours truly, Joey.
Fun game with room for improvement
Mon Jan 31 2022 dbiz3249I’ve played this game for a few days I I really like it. original style of combat, good learning curve, doesn’t force you to watch ads, and doesn’t shove micro transactions into your face. I actually don’t have any complaints about the game. However, I think the different heroes should have uses other than backup lives. I know they have slightly different abilities, but their abilities don’t have any real impact on combat and I would like to see distinct playstyles and different synergies with the weapons. Another thing that I noticed is that I end up using the starting couple of weapons more than any of the others that I unlocked, purely because the new weapons haven’t caught up in levels so they deal much less damage. Also, I just got to the 5th area and it says that my characters take damage every turn due to not breathing, but I couldn’t find a hero that stated it could breathe underwater. is it unlocked once you finish the final area, or or you just planning to add it later? Overall 8.5/10 game that could definitely become a 10/10
Great Game, Simple yet very strategic
Fri Feb 17 2023 Uniturtle707I saw this game not too long ago and the overly cute look of the game made me intrigued and I’m so glad I did. The game is a simple turn-based, strategy game which is lots of fun. The item system is again simple, but has lots of strategy and fun to it. I overall love this small game and I am very excited to see it grow. Just look through other reviews and you will see that the 2 developers care very much about this game. The only thing that I saw that could be improved is of course, more content, but another improvement I think would be nice is a little bit of balancing of some of the items. Quick Weapon Idea: Ninja Star (Medium Range) (Ranged) (Right) The idea is that there would be 3 attack areas that it could attack evenly spaced, like a 3 way attack version of the Naval Mine that’s not a trap with a less range.
Steep Difficulty Spike
Wed Jul 10 2024 B1GGIE CHEES3Game is fun concept and the difficulty is fun but not really rewarding when I can just go back and earn the same from a prior beat level. If there was more incentive like additional award for beating a new level would be nice. First couple worlds you can play and loose until you find a strategy to win or get lucky. As you get up there (I’m stuck on the ghost levels(world 9)) it becomes unplayable. Either I go back and grind and grind or keep throwing myself at the wall until I get lucky. Bugs where ghosts I’ve never hit or gotten hit is a miss on the first turn. Additionally the ghost getting a free hit after teleporting is just downright cruel. The respawn blast should be optional cause multiple times it has caused me to lose by moving them out of range and making me re hit them to move them closer which causes me to miss them when they get closer. In conclusion I’m going to keep playing cause it’s fun but may pass on the game and start phasing it out of my rotation of games. TLDR Fun until difficulty makes it grindy and unfair and unplayable. Almost pay to win.
Simple yet challenging
Sat Mar 05 2022 ZetoKamiIt starts off way easy then as you progress than the challenge starts and you actually have to plan what to take care of while also completing the missions. RNG can make it impossible but can always retry no energy system big plus for me haha. Then the event which has a weapon and character only obtained through it is getting me annoyed gotta be top 10 to get ‘em but I just need to get better and lucky. Great game very enjoyable got some frustrating moments but that’s RNG can’t be helped.
Okay event doesn’t require luck it needs continuous playing of same thing over and over cuz the leaderboard has people over 20k points always and I just don’t see myself playing same thing over and over all at once it’s gets boring fast.
Still a very good game and hope it gets something different but I still get on daily when I’m bored haha. 👍🏼
Four stars cuz it feels incomplete not being able to get the last character and weapon 😢
Great concept still missing a few key pieces
Sat Apr 12 2025 QuiqleypuffThe game is definitely unique and would be fun to play longterm… unfortunately I feel the creators focused heavily on pay to win and micro-transactions being essential rather than flowing gameplay. The enemies have resistances to some weapons which ruins the game. The heroes specials are literally all pointless except for one which revives you for free. The game is quickly bottlenecked if you don't either log in for weeks to claim rewards or replay the same missions constantly for very minuscule rewards. The game scales quickly and unless you get lucky on your rewards you are stuck (each world needs different weapons). Great concept, would love to see this kind of unique game made well.
Updating since i received a really well thought out message from the dev! I suggest downloading this game and giving it a try and giving any constructive criticism you may have to better this game longterm!
Starts out great, rapidly becomes unplayable
Thu Mar 28 2024 JimhaswingsIt starts out fun but the first sign of trouble came when I noticed the weapons and upgrades are random. Making some weapons completely useless if you never get the upgrade points. This incentives spending money to get more weapons and upgrades, while I understand this is a standard business practice, but it doesn’t make it any less scummy. I played the same level 15 times until I was lucky enough to have the enemies line up perfectly to complete it. The armor mechanic is a neat idea, making those big group shots important. But often times, especially with the clams, there is no way to hurt them as the enemies all wander away. It feels incredibly unfair as there is very often no possible way to complete main quests. The characters are boring. Having only a 10% chance to receive any sort of benefit is meaningless 90% of the time, literally. When a game is 5% skill and 95% luck with a heavy emphasis on RNG, its not worth the time investment only if you’re unwilling to spend money. Overall this is a great concept with terrible and greedy execution.
Great game
Mon Feb 28 2022 ben.k0enigI am having a lot of fun with this game and it is really entertaining. I personally love the way you play the game because it is the first I have ever seen of it. Although I do have a couple of recommendations. I would like to see the game have more arena's like on the moon fighting aliens or maybe in different countries fighting their cultures enemy like a god or animal. I would also maybe like to see potions in the game to add couple extra turns like a stamina potion or a couple of extra lives like a health potion. I would like to see the addition of new weapons but with existing weapons I think it would be cool to have themes to them like the axe is Viking themed or the sword is Japanese katana themed. Overall I think the game is great and can’t wait to see what is to come of it in the future.
Good; but unfair.
Mon Aug 22 2022 Mikoo2363Was enjoying the game, there are no required or annoying ads. The gameplay was fun and strategic. But I am uninstalling because sometimes no matter how well you play, the level just isn’t possible, and I’m not about retrying levels just for a chance of it being possible. For instance in the underwater world I have a quest to kill three of an enemy within 13 turns. The game starts with one of said enemy and it takes two turns to kill it. I go 10 more rounds before another spawns. So it’s final turn before I see the last enemy I need to kill. Okay, if I’m strong enough I can just one shot it, right? No. This enemy is immune to damage unless your combo is 3 or higher. Well, he spawned alone, so the level is impossible because the enemy I need to beat for the quest takes all 13 turns before he even spawns? I’m done wasting my time with this game, but it was a cool concept. Maybe if they change spawn mechanics I’ll look into it again.
A game that is FRUSTRATINGLY impossible.
Sun Feb 13 2022 ZephyrGustsI had not much trouble with the first four worlds, they had pretty good gameplay mechanics and they were challenging but beatable without needing to pay money or grind. However, world 5 is just impossible for me. I get 3 electric eels from 3 different areas on screen to attack me from far away, and there is nothing I can do. The only good short ranges are sword and chestnuts, because the game just expects you to face tank every melee hit. Good ideas, however the game’s execution… Not good. If there are 2 enemies attacking you from 2 different corners there is nothing you can do. The game’s looting system has given me around 1/3 of the available weapons and I don’t have enough to adapt to harder levels. I have literally just gone to spamming ads to get items, but you don’t deserve money. You know what you did.
