Dinsun here. I’ve noticed a trend of 'mood' games that sometimes forget they are actually supposed to be games. Only You Are Here walks that line very closely. It’s undeniably beautiful in its minimalism—the kind of game that would look good on a gallery wall. The sense of isolation is palpable, and I appreciated the lack of intrusive tutorials.

However, the puzzles are often either too obscure or too simple, with very little middle ground. It’s a very short experience, which is fine—I’d rather a game be short and meaningful than long and padded—but I left feeling like I’d just read the first chapter of a book. It’s worth a look if you need a break from the noise of typical mobile games, but don't expect it to keep you busy for long.
