That includes the extremely gross out factor! However, the one operation on level three needs more time. Do you want to back to me is not lengthy enough timewise for someone to do what they need to do. The update needs to address this issue thoroughly. All the Jamie integration needs to go in to operate now animal hospital as well, thank you for your time Mr. Seth Chaney
The endgame consumables need to be included for a reasonable price. So it can be a medical school simulation on the iPad. Just as it is on the other systems, because only on pro you can get the entire game including consumables for $29 and then you can print out the consumables, the free app is some white of a misnomer because you don’t get all the learning that you need. You also don’t get all the tools you need for some surgeries you require a scope in the game does not give you a scope which it needs to do please take this into consideration, it would make the surgeries much easier.

Sat Jul 24 2021 K.SemmsI love this game! It’s fun, and it has nice graphics. The story is interesting enough, and I can rewatch episodes. There are several issues with it, though. First reason, I can’t do any disasters. When you get into the game, after a certain number of days, it allows you to do disasters- this can be a hurricane or a tourist bus crash. It sounds fun, but I can’t do it. Of course, this game requires internet, and my internet connection is strong, but it still won’t work. Then, I have to close the game, and start over. Second, the money. Of course, you get money, xp, and other stuff for completing tasks, missions, etc. It’s hard to save though because you need so much, and if you’re like me then you don’t want to spend any REAL money. For a new ward or an MRI, you need $60,000. To upgrade it to a level 2, you need $120,000. Just a lot of money and it doesn’t flow with the income you get. Third, I think we should get more surgeries. There’s only so many you get before they just become a “rush it, the doctor you put on the job is doing it”, thing. You’ll get one or two, MAYBE three. That’s it. The rest you have to wait for HOURS unless you rush it for 20 gold hearts or 40 gold hearts. When it’s already hard to save, the worst thing you need is a mission telling you that you need a bunch of gold hearts in order to speed up the process and get to the story. Overall, this game is really good, and what I described was more of minor stuff.

Fri Jun 03 2022 CarinaRae1179I love this game and have downloaded it on all of my electronic devices in order to be able to play it at any time and anywhere. However I continuously keep having issues with the game just constantly freezing in the middle of game play. It’s usually right when you complete a surgery and are about to accept the level prizes. Or when u try to connect onto any of the side missions like the other hospitals u can connect to and play the baby/childrens hospital levels. Every single time the game will freeze like 30 seconds after I start the level. It’s so frustrating cuz it not only takes the energy costs from whatever doctor u use for that level and u don’t get that back.. but u also have to completely shut the whole game down and restart it in order to unfreeze and get back to game play. This has been the only reason I have deleted this game in the past and I keep going back and uploading it at a later date hoping this issue is worked out unfortunately it has continued to be a major issue. And it’s not like I am trying to run this game on any old phone or tablet… I have the newest iPhone version as well as a new MacBook Pro so I know it’s an issue with the game mechanics… plz fix!! This game is truly unlike any other avail on the platform and I would hate to have to just give up on it altogether cuz it needs to be updated on ur end. Thanks!!

Thu Aug 20 2020 Faythesanders1So I downloaded this app around May and it was really fun at first. The surgeries are fairly easy and simple but get slightly harder as you level up. My issue came when the research department opened up and I had to place one of my staff in there. The first go around everything was okay, but then when I tried to do research again the department was locked and my staff member was stuck in the loading screen. It’s been like that since June and it’s August right now. I contacted Azerion via email and they told me they would not (NOT could not) solve the issue but would instead just give me 500 CVs that are used to hire expensive staff members and around 100 gold hearts. I was so upset because how could they not solve the issue?! You literally can’t move farther in the game bc of this bug issue. Now I still play the game to this day bc there are some surgeries that pop up from time to time, but I can’t move on in the game chapter. I was thinking of just deleting the app, but then today all of a sudden I was given every single staff member possible for the game. Despite that, the research department is still stuck, and azerion has not fixed the issue. If you download the game, be careful when you get to the research department level which is season 1 episode 8, and do not put your best staff member in there, choose someone with less stamina. So I give the game just 1 Star bc it can be fun but the game creators are too lazy to fix the bug issue.

First, I’ve seen this mentioned before but the income you receive does not do well with the amount you have to spend for upgrades. Secondly, the event mini games need some work. When you get further in the game you can participate in events or special circumstances in surgeries. I think a quick tutorial should be shown before a player encounters a cardiac arrest situation or a blocked airway because it can be startling the first time a player encounters this. Also, the blizzard event mini game is far more complicated than it should be and I think some more work should be done in simplifying it and explaining how the game works. Thirdly, I’m fine with dealing with the ads, however they should be shown at specific times, and only so many ads should be shown in a day, about five or six. By ‘specific times’ I am referring to when I am playing the blizzard event mini game and an ad comes on in the middle of it instead of the end of the game and instead of my game pausing while the ad is playing, it continues without me and I have to make up the time. Please fix these things and I believe this game will become much more popular.

Fri Jan 25 2019 Me830105I just started playing a couple of days ago. The graphics are beautiful. The operations are simple to execute. I’m already a bit frustrated though because I can’t advance at my second hospital. I need a paramedic to assign to a task and only have one that I need at the other hospital. I spent $60,000 game money on a recruitment pack only to get a Doctor. It takes so long to build cash and everything is expensive. There should be a way to be able to pick which kind of staff member you want to hire when buying with game money. You can pick if you hire with CVs but I have no idea how to earn those.
UPDATE: A previous review was correct and you will get to a point where you cannot progress without spending real money. I currently need the highest level Nurse for stamina purposes to complete an assignment. The Nurse can only be purchased with hearts. I took a chance and spent the hearts I earned naturally on a Diamond recruitment pack and got an Auxiliary. I don’t even know what they are used for. I’ll repeat what I said in my earlier review that we should be able to pick what kind of staff member you get. I might consider spending a little actual money every now and then if there was a guarantee that I could get what I needed and not something random that (in this case) I don’t even know how to use. I’ll continue working on my other assignments for as long as I can but once I’m capped out, I’m done with this game.

Earning money is hard and when you do get good money you’re having to spend it on something like to get another employee is $60,000 and it could be a nurse or a pharmacy . You don’t get to choose . It cost $8,000 to get 10 of the training skills which sounds great right ? I thought that meant you can improve 10 of your employees skills. Nope . You only use them on one and then you Realize that you actually have to pay $6,000+ on top of that to upgrade them with the 10 training skills that you thought could be used for 10 separate people . So really $68,00 or more to up the skills of ONE employee . I won’t buy skills anymore. I wait till I get rewards . Oh and upgrading your rooms ! That’s just a rip off . You can only put one employee in a room at a time unless you upgrade . So you spend $50,000 to upgrade your room but the only thing that does is change the time it takes by ONE SECOND! If you want 2 people in a room you have to upgrade AGAIN for $100,000 . And it took 12hrs to upgrade the room the first time, so you can’t use the only break room you have for 12 HOURS! Eventually your people will have no energy what so ever unless you spend 120 hearts to rush the upgrade . Which you have to buy thoSe with REAL money . So I’m sure if you update again it’s another 12 hours you have to wait to use it 😡

Sat May 19 2018 Cgd789When I first started out, I was really excited. I played the small Operate Now games on the computer before I found this game. I loved them. You could choose different types of operations to do. So I thought that this game would have an abundance of operations. It was a bit of a let down though. At first I thought I just had to keep playing and leveling up, it made sense for that to be the case. After a few weeks I realized that wasn’t the case. There is a small variety of operations.
That’s not what really gets on my nerves though. It is really hard to get money, UNLESS you update the rooms(which takes a lot of money!) or to pay for it with hearts(which takes real money!). Not to mention it takes 12 hours for a room to update! And you can’t use that room while it’s updating, leaving you in a bad spot if you have a time limited event.
One thing that needs to be updated is the card packets to get new workers. It cost 60,000 dollars in the game(and if you remember it’s hard to earn that) and then there’s a big possibility that you’ll get a duplicate card. There shouldn’t be duplicates. I have around 15 doctors, 10 surgeons, and 15 nurses. But I have one axillary worker and two paramedics. I need more axillary workers! But every time I get a packet, I get a doctor, surgeon, or nurse! I do not need another one of those!
