However, it's not perfect. The story is the usual anime fluff that I skipped past after five minutes—I'm here for the charts, not the teen drama. Also, if you’re playing on a tablet, be prepared for a workout; this thing was clearly designed for phones. It’s a bit stingy with the song packs, requiring additional purchases for the best tracks, but for a 40-year-old gamer who misses the arcade, this is the closest I've felt to 'the real thing' on a phone in years.
