Stack is the pinnacle of the 'one-more-try' arcade genre. It’s incredibly rare for a game to be this simple yet so visually and audibly satisfying. The way the colors shift through a soft pastel gradient as you climb higher makes the experience feel almost artistic. It’s not just a game; it’s a rhythm exercise.
The genius of the design is in the 'Perfect' mechanic. The stress of watching your tower get thinner and thinner is perfectly balanced by the relief of hitting enough perfect stacks to grow your platform back. It turns a game of pure reflexes into a game of nerves. Whether you have 30 seconds or 30 minutes, Stack is one of those permanent fixtures on my phone that I never get tired of playing.
Dinsun here. Ketchapp is the king of the '30-second game loop,' and Stack is one of their better efforts. It’s simple, it’s clean, and the timing feels fair. I appreciate the visual design—the way the colors shift as you climb is quite soothing, though it's a bit of a trick to hide how repetitive the game actually is.
My issue is that there's no 'there' there. It's a high-score chaser in the most basic sense. After ten minutes, you've seen everything the game has to offer. It’s perfect for waiting in line at the post office, but as a piece of software, it's about as deep as a puddle. It's fine for what it is, but don't expect a masterpiece.

Stack is a beautifully designed arcade game that tests your reflexes and timing. As colorful blocks slide across the screen, you must tap to stack them perfectly on top of your tower. Miss the alignment, and the block is trimmed, leaving you a smaller target for the next move. With minimalist 3D graphics, a relaxing musical progression, and a competitive global leaderboard, Stack is an endlessly engaging challenge for all ages.
Elegant and minimalist 3D graphics
Dynamically shifting color palettes
Satisfying haptic feedback and sound design
Global leaderboards to compete with friends
Endless gameplay that scales with skill
Watch the block as it slides back and forth. Tap anywhere on the screen when it is perfectly aligned with the block below. If you are slightly off, the overlapping part stays, and the rest falls away. If you miss entirely, it's game over!

As you build higher, the speed of the blocks increases. However, if you land several 'Perfect' stacks in a row, you'll hear an ascending musical scale and your block will actually begin to expand, giving you a much-needed margin for error on your way to a high score.
Focus on the rhythm and try to get consecutive 'Perfects.' Not only does this keep your platform large, but it's the only way to recover size after a mistake.
