I don't understand the appeal of these 'number go up' games. You tap a button, watch a bar fill, and see a sub fly into the air. That's the whole game. There’s no strategy, no skill, just a cynical loop designed to make you watch ads to upgrade your stats so you can do the exact same thing five seconds longer. It’s the lowest common denominator of mobile gaming.
The visuals are bright and corporate, the 'physics' are nonsensical, and there is absolutely nothing here to engage a brain that has been gaming for four decades. If you have thirty seconds to kill in an elevator, maybe. Otherwise, this is a perfect example of the bloat that is currently suffocating the App Store. It’s barely a game; it’s a slot machine that pays out in pretty colors.
