If you ever wanted the excitement of a parking ticket without the fine, here it is. This is a bottom-tier simulator that fails to capture the 'living' part of a city. The physics are stiff, the graphics are dated, and the gameplay is as exciting as watching paint dry.

I’ve played simulators that actually care about the experience—this isn't one of them. It’s a series of disconnected parking challenges wrapped in a low-poly city. The AI traffic is braindead, and the sound design consists of a generic engine hum that will have you reaching for the mute button in minutes. It’s a chore, not a game.
