I’ve spent forty years playing games to escape mundane reality, yet here I am, being asked to organize a digital makeup box. Tidy Up is less of a game and more of a collection of interactive chores. It preys on the psychological itch for order, but offers zero depth in return. You drag an item, it clicks into place, and you move to the next level. There is no strategy, no fail state worth mentioning, and certainly no 'fun' in the traditional sense. It’s a functional app, sure, but calling this a compelling gaming experience is a stretch that even I can't make. The ads are frequent, interrupting the 'Zen' flow it tries so hard to establish. It’s digital busywork designed to harvest ad revenue from people who are too bored to put down their phones.
