I've seen this song and dance a thousand times on the App Store. It’s another 'click and wait' simulator that uses the ocean aesthetic to mask a lack of actual substance. You tap on fish, you watch a bar go up, and you wait for a timer to tell you that you're allowed to have fun again. The progression is strictly linear and offers no room for tactical expression or creative ecosystem management.

For a gamer who grew up with titles that required actual input, this feels more like a screensaver with chores than a proper game. The 'collection' aspect is designed solely to trigger a dopamine loop rather than provide a rewarding mechanical challenge. It's functional, sure, but it's entirely uninspired.
