I have a soft spot for simulators that actually try to model real-world physics, and this one is... okay. It’s certainly not Train Sim World, but for a mobile title, the Alpine environment is actually quite peaceful. However, 'peaceful' is often a codeword for 'boring.'

The controls are a bit simplified, which takes away from the technical satisfaction of driving a locomotive. The visuals are dated, especially the trees and the weather effects, which look like they're from a decade ago. It’s a very conservative, slow-paced experience. If you really love trains, you might find a few hours of relaxation here, but most will find it too repetitive to stick with.
