Love the app, still missing a key part.

As soon I found out that after not playing it for 1-2 years that they had a mobile app I knew I had to download it to bring back the memories and make new ones cause I would like to continue playing. But sadly it is not all like I expected, as I was playing I wanted to go into the town and go to the park and clubhouse. But then I realized that you are not able to. This makes me kind of upset because I loved going online and chatting and trading with other players. It made the game so much more fun. I also liked taking my pet to the hospital. As soon as you change the mobile version so we are able to have a offline and online version I would absolutely change the rating to a full five stars, that was a key and very fun part of this game and to have it back in mobile version is even better! This would actually boost your company’s players as many people tend to not have a laptop and todays world is changing and more and more people are accessing and getting phone that this would be a big and better upgrade for the mobile version. Thank you so much for adding a mobile version cause this changes a lot, if you just added the online feature to meet and trade and chat with other players like the computer version then that would be greatly appreciated!
Cute game but has some problems

There’s lots of cute furniture to decorate your pets room(s). There’s working kitchen appliances so you can make new food following recipes. There’s also books you can buy for your pet but you can read them too. There’s a lot of details and cute ideas. I would have gave this game 5 stars except they changed a lot of the stuff. Like half the stuff that used to be free is for paying customers only . Like I wanted to decorate my underwater room and there’s like 4 different deco sets I could buy and use and then I realized all of them are only for paying customers. And you used to be able to buy a lot of rooms but you can’t anymore, and a lot of clothes decorations and furniture are now off limits. The game just isn’t as fun as before. But besides that it’s a cute fun creative game, I also love the arcade you get to play fun games in order to get money it’s really cool. And there’s no adds in the game. So it’s a really great game except there needs to be more things people are aloud to buy. Thank you for reading this , have a great day!
Frustrating but still fun
Wed Dec 22 2021 anonymous001199229933I am really enjoying playing the app version of Webkinz. It’s fun to have something to do on my phone that isn’t scrolling through social media. Over all it’s a good game, but there are some really frustrating parts. First, why isn’t the mobile app updated to be the same as the desktop? It’s annoying to have to log into both the mobile and desktop apps in one day in order to do everything in Webkinz. It really seems like they should be able to incorporate it all into one. Secondly, the app crashes ALL OF THE TIME. And lastly, this game costs so much money. Like it’s actually ridiculous. Over half of the stuff in the store requires monetary purchase, from your actual wallet. You could spend $8 on one single virtual table or bed. It’s actually ridiculous. I understand they want to make money but I don’t understand why the tokens you purchase are so expensive and why all of the special token items are marked so high. It makes the game frustrating because you are soooo limited if you aren’t going to invest hundreds of dollars in a virtual game. Lastly, for all of the money it appears they’re making, I’m not sure where it’s going. Like I said, the app crashes all the time and isn’t even the full version of Webkinz. But otherwise, it is fun to play if you just resign yourself to not spending money and that you won’t be able to buy or use everything in the game.

Wed Jan 20 2021 HaveyouseenmybaseballI love this game but I have some problems... Reason one: in-app purchases, you need them to get points. How ridiculous is that? Reason two: points, you have to “complete chapters” to get them. You can only have the chapters on the web version. Really ganz, how would you do that to me? Reason three: the park, most badges can only be brought from there, and it is web-only. You have to adopt “adventure park pets” to go there. What happened, you guys did it? Reason four: membership, you need it to earn additional mini games. I had to “re-log” three times, once on my return for a long time, another when I was playing the Atlantiles mini game, and once today! It would be fun if you could try to fix these glitches I have one question how can I get to other places? Most of them are just saying “games arcade” p.s. thanks for creating the game!
Update: I didn’t like the previous problems but the app was fun. But... the worst problem is that it always logs you out, the other day when I was playing Atlantiles I earned a total of 2502 points and the app logged me out and it lost all of my info, including my pet, and I would like to say I would’ve earned three badges but no the game had to log me out. Today I went on the app and I couldn’t get past the arcade. That drove me bonkers. Please fix the issues and I will give you 5 stars.
I LOVE Webkinz, but app is glitchy
Fri Apr 16 2021 anschnitzI’m 20 years old and I was so excited to find this app. I feel like a little it again! Unfortunately, I was immediately met with disappointment upon opening the app. It took dozens of tries for it to load correctly, even after restarting my phone and clearing it from running in the background. Once I finally got into the app, I was met with more bugs to the point that it just freezes. Another problem I ran into was the instruction screen disappeared once I got a notification from another app and opened it, so I missed out on the introduction- not a big deal though because I used to play it all the time. The last problem I’ve run into in the short time I’ve been trying to play it is that it doesn’t seem to be fitted for an iPhone screen given the notch. This means that when my Webkinz talks to me it’s constantly blocked by the notch and there’s nothing I can do about it.
The last thing I want to say is if you’re going to release an update (as I can see you’ve just done) you should actually fix the bugs, which you claim is the purpose of the update. And you put “Bugfies”. What does that even say? You can’t even type “Bug fixes” correctly? Seriously? That just sets a bad precedence to what the app will be like, and unfortunately I was right in assuming that.
Great App
Mon Nov 04 2019 Chrystal HendrixWhile I think this is a great app, I keep hoping that one day the full Webkinz Site will be available. I have been playing Webkinz since 2008, I have adopted nearly 400 Webkinz and have had a Deluxe account since the option was introduced....I’ve been without a laptop for a while now so this app has allowed me to take care of my “pets”, play a lot of the games I love, allowed me to continue growing my collection and allowed be to decorate the rooms. They have done a fantastic job of making Webkinz World available to you on mobile devices and the site runs flawlessly.
Edit: You have done a good job of adding more for us to do on the mobile site., but I have to ask if you will ever make the entire Webkinz Site available on the mobile app? A lot of people no longer have Pc’s or Laptops since practically everything can be accomplished on their mobile devices. Those of us who use mobile devices miss out on so much on daily activities, Jobs and special events in The Clubhouse. Personally, I would even be willing to pay a monthly subscription to have access to the full site.

Sun Sep 04 2022 Witch OuijaI’ve played the classic version for YEARS, and I’m glad that they’re still allowing us to play on here and providing us with updates, but the app itself needs improvement. For the phone version, you really can’t do anything, but when you compare it to Webkinz Next they have every single feature available. I think classic could easily incorporate more of the original games, classes, and a few other options into the mobile version so you could really enjoy playing it. I’m not saying we need the clubhouse or park capabilities, but we need more than just a handful of games to play. One of my least favorite things about webkinz now is how they lock games unless you are deluxe, it never used to be like that and it’s kinda sad they’d do that. If you don’t adopt a pet at least once a year, then you get even LESS amount of games and can’t even participate in certain locations which isn’t fair whatsoever.
As for the chromebook version, you guys need to make it comparable rather than treating it as a mobile app..

Wed May 13 2020 cozyArtist3I love that we have a new form of playing Webkinz on the go! For years now the only way I could play webkinz was on the computer, but now I can play whenever! I love it a lot especially when i just wanna play when I’m laying in bed these days! But I do have a few issues with the app, first off: whenever I open up the W shop it glitches and makes me exit the store at random times, it’s quite annoying when trying to shop! Second is: I’d love it if we could either bring some of the games from the PC version onto the Mobil, like spree and wishing well 2! If not then maybe we could have the tournament arena! Companies have been making multiplayer games for years, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be too hard to incorporate this feature! But that’s basically it! Either way I love this app for playing webkinz and it’s a lot of fun!
Very Disappointing
Mon Jan 18 2021 snowpaws142i absolutely adored webkinz when i was younger, and currently since my younger siblings have an ipad and my parents have computers at their work we don’t have a family computer and i only have my school laptop so this is my only way to play webkinz, i was so excited upon discovering this app but i was very disappointed, only one of the games i liked to play at the arcade is there (smoothie moves) and most of the features aren’t their either, there’s no clubhouse, no town map, no academy (that i can find), no doctor, no jobs, pretty much all of my favorite parts of the game are only available on the website, which i am currently unable to access, and this is more to the whole of webkinz including the website but there’s only two gender options, and as a non-binary person it’s simply not a great situation. i’m not saying they should have all the gender options (although they really should in this day and age) but at the very least they could have a prefer not to say option. if it weren’t for my overwhelming nostalgia of just playing webkinz i would rate this app zero stars
Fix the unfair currency for arcade
Mon Jan 02 2023 mineaanicoleeeI wanted to play webkinz because of the nostalgia from my childhood I remember I use to have sooo many rooms and items but when I downloaded the app and went to go and buy things I saw I needed coins so like any other person would do I went to the arcade to play games just to find out what a huge WASTE OF TIME they all were 1 coin for playing 5 levels of a game… ridiculous and even if u surpassed and got to high levels u still barely made 10 coins how are you about to put so much time and effort into playing any arcade game if the pay off is slim to none and it’s not even like the games are different they are all basically the same type of game matching and jumping games like nothing interesting to do for hours on hours just to make again LESS THAN 10 COINS it’s unfair and unusual while other games like for club penguin or toontown the pay off is reasonable with 100 coins per level if you did well enough. This alone till fixed will be the reason why this game will not succeed.
