Great game just a little too short
Tue Mar 05 2024 li xilefI’m not gonna lie this game is a pretty great it’s got great graphics and truly does look beautiful. The only problem that I have with it is that it has four levels with great battle sequences but only has four levels, and with two character options that’s only around eight different types of levels that you could be playing as a suggestion, but not, something that needs to be done is possibly either add more levels or add more characters because if you add more it’ll bring a lot more into the story not just the story but the options that you can play with the brother and sister, being the only two player options that you can choose from a great idea to be create a multiplayer version as the game really only requires as it says a one finger to play so creating more characters, more levels, and more options to play would be a great way to expand the game just an opinion and suggestion
Elegance and beauty in captivating simplicity.
Thu Feb 29 2024 Sumo BillGameplay is intuitive & difficulty (level and enemy complexity) seems to evolve naturally. Game length is enough to inspire dedication but not too much to deplete someone’s valuable time.
Many love to claim the art card on their games and media creations. Much more rare is a game that transcends from simple past time to admirable
Despite being free to play, this game has intrinsic value. I never recommend mobile games to friends or even strangers, because I am occasionally guilty of failing to notice when a game is taking advantage of the brain-reward-response and, thusly, of my own wallet. Wild Wind is so different to that mindset, it might as well be a different species.
This game portrays the ability to actually enhance one’s life by reinvigorating a love of zen-like simplicity, aesthetic nuance, and master-level minimalism. So much can be achieved and implied by so little, which is easily forgotten in the current click-bait pop-ups of online entertainment.
In this era of games that promotes blatant manipulation with gambling via loot-boxes, and targets dopamine-reward systems to hack your brain (and steal your time), Wild Wind is more than a breath of fresh air. It is a symbol of hope, a demand to improve, and love song to human nature.
Brilliant game.
Mind-Blowing
Tue Nov 28 2023 Superninja0110Usually I don’t rate games even though I like them, but this is literally one of the best games i’ve ever played. The combat is smooth and intense, while calming at the same time. The music and sound is beautiful. It calls itself a hack and slash game but it’s way more than that. Like one of the other reviews said, it requires timing when you jump and is kind of like a puzzle. You could try to go for things like combos while mid-air. It’s kind of hard to explain here, so you should go see for yourself if you’re reading this. Its graphics is also amazing for a 2D mobile game. I only wish that it were longer. I honestly have high expectations that this will become a creators choice.
Amazing game, but there needs to be more.
Wed Jan 03 2024 Rednax03The game is played literally just how it looks in the preview. It has 4 levels all being uniquely challenging and once you beat it- you unlock another character with a unique play-style in comparison to the first play-through. The only few drawbacks are that the amount of levels do not increase, there is no endless mode, and there are no other characters you are able to unlock after playing the game a second time. You can only switch between the two current characters and also only play the 4 initial levels. Nothing more. I played this game once and I honestly loved it so much. Of course, that was only up until my third play-through.
Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing game, but there needs to be more. It has so much potential and so much room for creativity.
It’s not a Hack and Slash
Sun Nov 12 2023 Ty NeadikTo start with, this is not a hack and slash, it’s not meant to be easy nor are you gonna see big numbers. This game is more of a puzzle game disguised as one. The ingenuity this brings is that you are supposed to find strategies like a puzzle game and practice good timing as you once you jump you don’t have the time to sit there and think about you next move. Combined with its simple design, it has been very fun as while you can’t just run through enemies mindlessly, you can look pretty cool finding the right timing or path to cut down multiple enemies with one slash or getting a consecutive kills from one jump.
Amazing but short
Sun Dec 17 2023 TheNCognitoThis is one of the coolest, intuitive, funnest, simplest, balanced video games ive played. It would honestly make my top 5 mobile games ever….. its just so short. There are 4 stages (fields, ocean, forest, sky) each with like 10 mini levels. You are a guy trying to regain his possessed girl. If you beat the game you can start over playing as the girl (she has different powers). Playing the whole game 2 times over as both characters will take 2 hours if you are rlly bad and a lot faster if its good. If this had a free run with high scores (like subway surfer temple run etc style) where it’s infinite and you have like free play and story mode that would be amazing. Its an amazing game just short.
Great Game Just One Thing
Wed Nov 22 2023 Luis C.LI just finished the game and in my opinion it was great and it worked well with the controls in addition there were some parts that were difficult and where I definitely struggled but it was fun and I eventually passed that level. I really like how you can switch characters to suit a different play style. The graphics of this game are just phenomenal and the art style is one of a kind. My only complaint is that it needs more content because once you finish the game there really isn’t anything else for you to do.
Nostalgic Joy of old apps!!!
Wed Mar 20 2024 InvoicetechNo in app purchases? Free? No data collected? In 2024?!
I almost rarely game on my phone, but this I had to see. Thank goodness the App Store home page showed it too me.
The game is simple fun. It has a clean beautiful art style that harkens back to old flash based games, but upgraded to a much more detailed modern designs. I get Samurai Jack vibes which is ALWAYS a good thing!
The controls are simple to understand and just fun.
This game reminds me of what App Store games used to be. Sure we literally have AAA Titles on iPhone, but I’ve never really wanted to play that on these. I felt like a middle schooler with my 1st gen iPod touch and I mean that as a compliment to the dev.
To the Dev:
If you add more levels or features you’ve got support here. Have you considered an “endless run” mode or something?
This leaves a good impression on me to where if you make a future project/game I will be happy to support.
This is a story of grace
Thu May 30 2024 Jakesmithaz13243545After all the battles are fought, it doesn’t matter who won or lost. Both lost something dark throughout the journey and thankfully they had the strength after to continue together. We all need grace more than we thought and thankfully we have the people in our lives to be the givers of that. God always leads us to him where hope and faith and redemption is created. This is such a powerful storyline and I can’t wait for the next journey.

Nope
Wed Nov 15 2023 Tmbajb101015The controls are very janky and unresponsive. For a game like this to really work the controls need to be smooth and responsive. Half the time my character doesn’t go anywhere near where I’m aiming and the transition from first attack to slowdown to next attack needs to be faster . When I do something the game needs to immediately respond to it and it doesn’t there is this delay. I guess they could increase the slowdown amount and time as an easy fix if they don’t want to really have to work on the controls. This would help with the delay and unresponsiveness a little bit making the game more enjoyable.
