★★★★★ Great story, gameplay, & characters

I think some people forgot that 1.0 is when the game is released far bigger than any beta so of course there was bugs, however these have all been fixed for the most part and we were fairly compensated via wish currency and free 5* select 💕 Overall the story has been wonderful it starts slow as any story should until it starts poking you in the direction you should look so people can start making theories as they go, then it begins explaining and delving deeper. Ask far the story has ~6 chapters and i’ve completed 4 (now starting 5) this along with side quests shows great world building, and instead of the main story being a tutorial on how to play for the first chapter they only do a small bit then have tutorial side quests as to not lose immersion. The world looks wonderful and since it’s an apocalyptic time period parts are more dark or in ruin than others while main cities where it’s peaceful will be brighter, this also helps immersion! The puzzles are interesting and not too challenging that it’s impossible but challenging enough to have you actually think about what’s going on, the exploration is fun because the world is very pretty (some notable points would be the huge trees or the heart lake along with caves and various others). The npcs and enemies also don’t just sit around waiting for the player, they walk around & fight eachother which can cause lag w/ too many but it’s very cool to see. 💕‼️‼️Sorry for writing so much haha i play on ipad 10th gen btw in case anyone was wondering for compatibility‼️‼️

I started playing this a day after the release, I only found this game on a ad on yt shorts and it looked interesting so I Downloaded it! I’m on level 7 so far and the game is pretty interesting! The landscapes remind me of genshin and the style of the gacha and buttons etc remind me of Honaki: Star rail I really like the art(?) style of the characters it reminds me of a really good anime, and I LOVE the story so far! Its really interesting! I think the Mcs are rlly cute especially the male one 😅 ANYWAYS.. I also really like the loading screen it’s really unique and cool! I like how it’s a snowy landscape with the mountains then when it loads it zooms out into a rock that both mcs are standing/sitting on and how whoever you chose to be it zooms into their face! I chose the male one and my little sister chose the female and I think it’s really cool how the loading screen is made! Oh and did I mention how whatever time of day it is for you the lighting changes on the loading screen? Really dope! I like the characters in the game too like so far I only have characters with swords, guns and catalyst? (I forgot what it’s called but ppl who play the game yall know when a character has a weapon that floats in their hand right??? Hopefully yall know what I’m talking about 😭😭) but yeah! Graphics are insane (I’m not sure if it’s different for everyone else cuz I’m play on iPhone 15) Overall great game so far! I haven’t had bugs yet!

3.0 doesn’t make sense. I’m on mobile & suddenly the game is almost 60GB! Not to mention can’t do ANY of the Moto missions because every time I start the tutorial one or any of them the game freezes then crashes. It’s a joke. Beat the main quest this time in like half an hour which boggles my mind. What is the point of Lahai Roi? What happened to Chisa & her parents?! She just dropped out the moment we got there. There’s some promising gameplay with those cute PikMin characters from the tree area but it was still an elementary puzzle a child could easily do. C’mon, Kuro! I’ve been playing from day 1 of release & I gotta say, 3.0 is a major disappointment. I’m not being one of those gamers, I’m actually easily entertained but now with 60Gb file size yet it’s crashing on a motorbike course and the main quest is 30 minutes, involves only 1 character (the banner character surprise surprise) and even that was practically automated during the void worm fight. You’re losing me Kuro. I already have to delete Genshin (which by the way is only 37GB, a massively bigger & deeper open world, way more characters, never crashes not once in 5 years!) to download your bloated yet somehow increasingly thin game. I’m so confused! I had high hopes for you! Ps. I’m maxed out on almost every character including metas and max AR so I know what I’m talking about. Change something, even if it’s just the freaking file size cause I’m not going to keep deleting and installing to play both much longer, I’ll just stick to Genshin.

★★★★★ A very surreal game

I’ve played this game since its released and I love it, it’s a very thought out game something I’ve always had a problem with other games is that their npc don’t really feel alive or the gameplay is basic and I’m gonna be honest yes it better than any other rpg game I have played (I’ve played many including the big famous one). But wuthering waves really bring life to their game, the npc have insane details for just being an npc they have different proportions different designs and a very much lively look. The gameplay is another thing I love very much it’s so refreshing, the dodging mechanics the wonderful multiple attacks and very much different combat mechanics their quality of the game is wonderful everything feels so surreal the maps are amazing details the plants the enemies the environmental feel is just amazing. But one thing that I really enjoy and love is their story they animate it like it’s a cutscene but it’s just a regular dialogue it feels like I’m watching a series with all the facial movements and animation and the cutscene feel like a movie even the characters designs are breathtaking. I love this game so much it never fails to impress me how much they improve each time they have a new update this just proves how much the developers care and work to make this game. I’m excited for 2.0 keep it going kuro games you’re doing a wonderful job.

★★★★★ My favorite game!!

Coming from HSR/ZZZ, I can say this game has become my absolute favorite and I wish I had found it first because I wouldn’t be playing anything else! The combat is incredible, and there’s a fair selection of hot men to choose from in addition to the typical waifus which I greatly appreciate!! (Jiyan with his dragon, Calcharo and his half-burned shirt, Brant the pirate!!, Mortefi the scientist, Aalto, Xiangli…something for all husbando lovers!)The standard banner still has some of the strongest characters in the game, so it’s not like you have to pull limited characters to move forward. I play Calcharo as my main and he kills everything immediately without question. Their iterations on the MC are also strong and you can unlock their wavebands through gameplay, which means everyone has the options of a really good DPS (havoc rover ftw!) even without pulling for any characters. The “echo” (RNG) system is the best out there. Like yes, it’s RNG, but it’s done so much better than other systems, it doesn’t feel so “grindy”. The devs are pretty generous with giving out extra wave plates (battery used to collect RNG/leveling items) so it hasn’t been an issue so far to level characters/weapons/echoes. Also their standard weapon banner has some of the strongest weapons in the game, making it easier to get your favorite character a weapon that is worth using. The story is really excellent and engaging, NGL, I’ve teared up a few times during cutscenes. The between-patches stuff is enjoyable and not overly frustrating. If you’re considering playing, just download it!

I love this game soooooooooo much! The exploration, the devs, the characters… well, the characters are my only problem for thsi game. I’ve played it for a while now and I can confirm the characters have a unique and beautiful design, weather it be a girl and boy character. But there’s a problem with the amount of diversity in this game. So far the ratio of male to female characters is one of the reasons why this game might be put in a slight disadvantage. With other gacha games they seem to have a decent time with balancing the amount of girl and boy characters in the game, and still keeping the players happy. But with this game it’s almost impossible to get a male charter that’s involved in the story and has a important battle role in the game. Of course there are a few male charters k love to play but all of the strong, well wanted, and most impactful characters are all females. Jiyan even barely got a good chance to be in the story and more so seems like a character they needed to add. Not to mention the male designs so far have a limited style, all long suits, long pants, basic story, easy and honestly boring mechanics, it’s all the same. And with girl characters their everywhere, always flirting with rover and taking the stage in some way. Don’t get me wrong, I love female characters and the stories we get from them, but cmon Kuro? Not even two male releases without needed six other females? I feel like they rely too much on what a certain demographic of players like and not what everyone wants. -best regards, Youno.

So first off I am a player who’s constantly jumping from one game to another to another. And I looking for new games like I’ve played all of the Hoyo games they take up to much storage after 2 days of playing or I download it and it doesn’t even open ecxtra extra you’ve probably heard it all before, but when I downloaded this game I noticed it doesn’t take up much space that was the first shocker I opened the game up and yes it lags I also have a older phone I don’t understand why people are complaining about that!! Like chill out this game I can tell is still under progress from a game designer perspective it’s going to have glitches or lag especially if your playing on phone so people please stop being so critical about that these people work hard and also this game isn’t “exactly like genshin” yes they have similar concepts and controls chill out maybe try to enjoy how hard people worked on writing the story line it’s completely different! It’s something new!! Unlike some of hoyos new realeses and repeats So please people stop being so critical about this game I’m tired of hearing some fans or none fans criticizing this masterpiece I know it’s not so much in the App Store but some people won’t download this game cause of the comments so I’m making it aware that this game is awesome.
