★★★★★ I think you should add
Wed Oct 09 2024 If. If. Jair. . JDanI think you should add a secret level area where if you do things in the correct order you can unlock a secret level and there should also be just making things a little more fun you could add a secret secret level area, where there’s you can unlock secret levels inside the secret levels and then maybe you could also add custom emojis by finding them and also it would be fun to know like there could be a speed run mode or there could be like competition mode where you could have two friends compete on the same device or you could compete with an AI and see who finishes faster and I think it would be really neat to do all that stuff and I would be really thankful if you did thank you very much and I really enjoyed the game👍🏻
★★★★★ Where’s the beef?
Wed Jan 01 2020 Rock’N’GrokUPDATE 1/1/20: Where are all the paid levels I thought I was buying? I love this game, originally gave it 5 stars, and thought it was one of the best I’ve played, but had to lower my rating a little after paying for more levels. I discovered it was just a few more levels and played most of them in about 30 minutes. Then, when I returned to play the rest, I couldn’t figure out which ones had already been completed and had to open each level to see if it looked familiar. Maybe they mark the levels that you already played, but I couldn’t find an indicator. I still think it’s an excellent game, but the paid levels really need to be longer.
ORIGINAL 5-STAR RATING (with revisions): I almost never give 5-star ratings. This game joins the ranks of The Room, The Birdcage, Da Vinci, and a few others. Great graphics, creative, original and clever design, music that’s not annoying; it’s challenging, but not so difficult that gameplay slows down and gets boring. (It’s an art form to design a well-paced game that sustains interest.) There is a logical sequence to the gameplay, so if you have good reasoning kills, you don’t need hints. The free levels are enough to pique your interest, leave you wanting more, and they don’t have so many ads that you can’t focus on evaluating the game. Additional levels are appropriately priced. I’m going to pay for more because IT’S A WINNER!
★★★★★ Would give 5 stars but no help from developer
Wed Feb 05 2020 Ethan SoloI loved this game but after completing it, I tried to figure out what to do with all 18 notes I collected throughout the game. Each note has a symbol similar to the rotating doorway shown in the game’s opening scene. However, I can’t figure out what to do with the notes/symbols. I reached out to the developer to see if there is a secret level or what these notes/symbols mean but got no response. Feel like the game is incomplete with no way to find out what the notes/symbols have to do with anything. Would definitely change to 5 stars if I could get any response from the developer whatsoever.
Update: Finally heard from developer and symbols on notes do nothing. Good to know, upping my review to 5 stars!
★★★★★ Fantastic Thrill
Sun Nov 01 2020 Becca PeppermintzThis is an incredibly interesting, unique, and well-designed game. I’ve been playing “Murder in the Alps” and was sad not to find another game similar — then I stumbled across this one. This gives me the same thrill of problem solving and looking for clues, and it’s gorgeous fairytale style doors create a beautiful atmosphere to boot.
Update: if I were to inquire about anything, it would just be wondering if we could get more backstory on the creepy child we’re following? Love the game level by level, but not sure what I’m doing/a part of overall.
★★★★★ What?
Sun Apr 26 2020 junk game that cheatsI really enjoy this game and I RARELY buy the games. This one looked like it was going to include many more levels and that’s not the case. Total of 18 rooms. 4 main levels with 4 rooms each and 2 epilogues that are single rooms. Not exactly what I was expecting. I’ve played it several times over thinking maybe a hidden gem in the notes but nope. This would be a solid 5 star game if there were 4 more levels with at least four rooms in each. As it is if they had advertised what exactly you were getting I’d probably still bought it but with lower expectations. Some of the rooms are quite fun and challenging! Please ad more rooms for those of us that bought the game. Also please remove the ads for those of us that paid for this!!!
★★★★★ What happened to my infinite hints?
Wed Jun 16 2021 RayLinStephensI purchased all the levels. I’m stuck on a puzzle. Hints not working. No way to write to ask what happened. And I have had to restart the level again and again if I go back to the menu to restore purchase. I can’t even earn a hint by watching an ad. Very frustrating. I’m playing on iPad Pro 12.9
That said, I do love the game, that’s why I bought it.
But the hints should play for the puzzle I’m playing and infinite hints should mean I am not limited.
I have almost all of your games 🙌🏻 and love them but this is the first of your games to give me trouble if I need a hint.
★★★★★ Pretty to look at, not stressful (except…)
Thu Aug 21 2025 NmmoksI am an intelligent older adult and puzzles like this are sooo rare! Thank you dev’s. The graphics are colorful and clever. The puzzles are generally easy thus relaxing.
One frustrating complaint - when I use a hint, I change what I guess is right but nothing happens. So, push hint again and again it points to the same item - no matter how many times I change the item.
Can’t we see levels of hints to point in the right direction? Hmmm, guess maybe I’m not as intelligent as I thought? 🤩
(Talking about Ancient Forest in Ancient Ruins > left water vase.) But, then the mystery deepens. I go back to the app and it now shows that the level is complete. What??? 🤨
Addendum: the problem was the RIGHT vase, not the LEFT as the hint ‘hinted’ 🤭.
It’s ok - I still enjoy the app and hope you keep using your wonderful imaginations to produce even better games for us “old” but young-at-heart ppl to play. 😍
★★★★★ Very Good
Fri May 22 2020 CaitnahFirst, this is a good, easy relaxing puzzle game like The Birdcage(s). It is great for kids and adults trying puzzle games for the first time before going on to tougher ones like, The Room games, DaVinci, Eyes of Ara, etc.
And even though I have played those games and have some sanity left, this game is nice, enjoyable and easy on the brain...until the levels near the end. Then a little more difficult.
My only complaint is the price is high for such a short game, especially when the games mentioned above play a LOT longer for the same price.
Also, when you pay you should get unlimited hints.
