This game is fantastic!! It’s easy to learn and so much fun to interact with. Eugene is such a charming character you immediately fall in love with and enjoy getting to play as. Some of the other characters are annoying but I like the variety in all of their unique personalities. The environment in which you get to play in is so neatly designed and everything is just the right amount of cute and fun too. One of my favorite parts was how different places had different soundtracks and yet all of them were so fitting to the atmosphere of the game. Very nice smooth jazz selection for a cozy detective game. Overall, I adored this game and would absolutely play it again!! 10/10 experience and very well worth the purchase. Highly recommend to folks interested in this type of mobile games.

This app has obviously had a lot of attention put into. The voice overs, the “did you know’s” that get sassy (that tickled me), and the giraffe kpop fan are not-so-little details that I truly enjoyed. It’s a cute game! The demo was very fun and easy for me to understand (learning disabilities, bby). After the demo run through, I looked at options and settings to be obscenely happy to see font options for accessibility. I can see that the team that made this app gave it a lot of attention. I do wish the demo was just a little bit longer because I have no money, so I can’t play the full version. But so far so good! Plus, the game is fun which is the important part.

I had a great time playing the demo of Duck Detective! The game instantly caught my attention with its charming art style and top-notch voice acting. It does a great job of making you feel like a real detective—piecing together clues, asking the right questions, and paying close attention to the dialogue. Speaking of which, the writing is clever and enjoyable, with some genuinely funny and interesting moments throughout. The gameplay is smooth and engaging, and I’m seriously considering purchasing the full version. If you’re into mystery games or just want something a little different, this one’s definitely worth checking out.

★★★★★ AMAZING GAME!!! but…

I just want to start off by saying this is a well made game! Super good graphics, hilarious voice-overs, and great cases. The only bone I have to pick with it, is that, in the description, it says “The first two levels are free, the rest is to unlock”. I just wish they were more clear that the DEMO is free but you have to pay Five Bucks to play the rest of the game. Honestly I payed the 5 dollars and it is so worth it!! If you like the demo, and mystery games are up your alley, I would totally recommend this game! It is so cute and silly! Again, I just wish they were a bit more clear you have to pay money to play the rest of the game, but the rest is positives! Nothing wrong with the gameplay!! 🦆🦆🦆

For me, worth $6. The whole experience took me about 5-6 hours. The story is engaging. Clies are easy enough to spot that you don’t feel like they were impossibly obscure, but nevertheless you often have to spend a few minutes wandering around, trying to find the right clue for the right bit. Delightful voice acting and art, and a smooth interface. No hitches or bugs. The logic puzzles are great, and again, never felt too hard, just a decent and enjoyable little challenge. It was funny too! You get to role play the Duck fully, and he’s great. Great game.

The game is sooo fun. After the first area, I paid right away. I finished the game in about 30 minutes, it’s pretty short. HOWEVER, if you like short puzzle games with quirky dialogue and full voice acting, I do think it’s worth it. I wish it wasn’t pay walled, but either way I found the experience fun. I want more adventures with the duck detective right away! There isn’t much replay value, but I hope top see more from these devs soon because the gameplay was awesome.

I’ve played alot of puzzle, detective and escape room games and this feels like it should be the first of 4 or so cases but the game ends so abruptly and doesn’t have a satisfying ending. It’s clear that a lot of love and effort went into this, every line is voiced and all the art and animations are amazing. But the story feels second to the art. This looks like something you’d pitch or show to an executive to get funding for a much larger longer game. The developers have alot of talent and I’m sure future projects they make can be really good and captivating but this one isn’t it, unless you wanna play a demo for $6.
