However the customer service is horrible the game had maintenance issues and everyone let them know with a picture for proof and they wrote us all back and said it was our fault connection issues or clear the cache The gold is very expensive they need to revamp and rethink the way they handle their customer service. Myself along with everyone else was screwed out of rewards as well Go to Facebook and look up the groups and see for yourself BEFORE you download and commit to this game !! They want you to spend money but it cost to much for as much as you need to play and win!! Good luck I’ll leave updates if it gets better. ( fingers crossed)

Mon Jan 26 2026 Bogart.1973Hi, my name is James and I really wanna start off by seeing how much I enjoy this app. I finally decided to spend the $20 and get a gold pass but when I made the purchase, I did not receive anything I checked double checked triple checked, I did not receive my free level or my free goals or my free green energy.. I did however receive 10 green every hour instead of five that’s the one thing I received, but I did not receive anything else. I contacted the people who run this app and they said basically we’re not gonna do nothing for you so I wanna write this review and let people know. Beware if you do make a purchase on this app and you do not receive anything. They are not going to help you out no matter how loyal you are to this game or how honest they do not care. I was going to delete the app, but then I would only be hurting myself because I enjoy playing it and I don’t wanna let down my teammates so I am writing this review because it’s my last option to let people know. Do you want to buy a goal pass odds are you will probably get your goal pass but if you don’t, don’t look for any help because their customer service is an absolute zero the person trying to help me didn’t wanna hear anything and yeah, it was pretty awful. Pretty bad experience all right I do love the game, but I would not buy any gold passes at all. Thank you for reading my review. James

I could be missing something entirely, I will say that out of fairness. I feel like I get the most out of most games I play, and I can have fun with some seriously simple stuff, but it wouldn’t be the first time I under/over thought something and completely missed the point of a game. But assuming what I just saw was what I get….holy smokes this is easily and brothers I mean EASILY the worst, least fun 5 minutes I’ve ever had and you’ve got to believe me when I tell you that’s saying something.
Absolutely ZERO redeeming quality, and unless the game gets drastically different from the intro (I would have no way of knowing since I ran out of “energy” before the “training” was done) this could easily go down as the worst game I’ve ever played ever. Hard to even call what I just did a game. I’m sure there are worse games out there, I have just not seen them or played them yet. Cheers.

Y’all need to put a 24 hours timer on new players who’s joining a new team, we just lost our bowl game because 3 random level 300+ join the opponents team and start doing 50x instantly that’s not fair one bit to call in reinforcements just to win a match then they go right back to their normal team like it’s nothing players that do that need a time limit on actually being able to put up yards just my input

The community, which is a good and active community, has made the issue about the scoring system known but no effort has been made into changing it. The way you gain yards is also bad, just a slot machine. You probably have better odds to win at a casino than to get what you need, there is no skill needed to play and is all luck based.
To add, the UI is barebones yet something still feels weird about it. Still a little funky at times, certain buttons on certain pages take you somewhere you don’t wanna go. This is among some of the lesser issues.
All in all, the games design is very poor and has nothing to do with the sport of American Football like it advertises. It’s designed to be pay to win, which it doesn’t deserve to be. You shouldn’t waste your time here and look elsewhere for a mobile game.

Spent a couple hundred dollars, because the game can be very competitive, and I like competition so why not. Then out of nowhere, the game would not let me login. Just says if there’s a network issue, but if I login as a guest, it lets me login just trying to make a new account. But if I try to link back to my Facebook account to bring my account back, it goes right back to network issue.
***update: the issue was fixed fortunately. It did take about a week, but I’m glad anyways.

There’s literally no incentive to level up, as the rewards for reaching level 25 are the same as for level 600. This makes the whole progression feel pointless.
Additionally, the gameplay lacks depth. There should be options to strategize for field goals or touchdowns, but instead, the choices feel very limited. The scoring system is also incredibly frustrating. I’ve had instances where one team racks up over 1 million yards while the other barely hits 1,000, and yet, with a supposed 90% chance of scoring, my team still fails to get points. It’s inconsistent and leaves you feeling cheated.
Overall, the scoring system needs a serious overhaul, and the lack of meaningful progression really drags down what could be an enjoyable game. I expected more from this title.
