I don't know who this is for. It's listed as a simulation, but there's no skill involved. You drag your finger where the game tells you to, and then you're forced to watch a 30-second ad for the privilege of doing it again. The 'hair tattoos' are just ugly textures that you paint on with zero precision required. It's a hollow experience designed to farm ad revenue from children. As a gamer who values craft and mechanics, I find this offensive. There’s no progression worth mentioning, and the 'humor' is bottom-of-the-barrel. It’s functional, barely, but it’s a complete waste of time.
