The ability to make any currency and also use certain currency to buy other currencies is great and allows the player to upgrade and continue playing. When you fail a level, you STILL MAKE SOMETHING - a much smaller amount of money but you still gain something when you fail. There are tons of opportunities for “prizes” that give you currencies and boosts - which allow you to continue playing. Even when you run out of lives, you can either buy lives with micro transactions, earned diamonds, join a group that can donate lives to you, or you can also watch numerous ads for lives. The levels start off easy and grow increasingly difficult at a fair rate. Each location change keeps things interesting not inly because things move around and look different but because each locations has different methods but same concepts. It is SO FUN, ADDICTING AND WELL MADE. 10/10 recommend for mobile gaming.

Mon Jun 12 2023 Millie8990This game is fun I play it daily but also feel like it just wants your money I may spend 24 dollars a day on this game just for upgrades because when you fail a level you can’t keep the money so it’s like you will always have to pay to move forward the first 3 levels you will pass for free at each hospital after that you are going to have to spend money to buy gems just so you can upgrade atleast let us keep our money from failed levels so that we can atleast upgrade some stuff free smh I feel like it’s a money hungry game I’ve been playing this game for about a week and a half and know I have spent a 100 on this game I don’t mine paying but not when I feel like it’s not fair and you guys just want money make it fair before you lose good paying customers also the advertising for this game is false it’s a hospital game not asmr where you can pop pimples Clean ears and belly buttons I think it was only 3 levels of that and then you have to play the hospital part to get to that I’m on level 167 and I was only able to play the asmr part of the game 3 times and I’m on level 167 and no new levels have unlocked yet for the asmr part of the game which is the only reason I downloaded the game I could of just played my other hospital game that’s very similar and cost way less I just wanted to do this because it seemed more real but it’s the same as the other one just more expensive please be fair and stop false advertising
I really like most of what this game offers
Fri Apr 28 2023 faithfulmamaWhile I like the multi-tasking challenge this game offers. I wish that I could somehow double tap and change my task when I new one pops up closer to me. Instead, I seem to be stuck in my pre-programmed to do order. Not being able to change just isn’t realistic. I’d also like to re-arrange some of the layouts. Some of them make absolute NO sense. Even if I had to use diamonds to move it.
Also, why do you show these images of detailed medical work (pimples and tooth extractions and ear crud) when you DON’T offer that??? It isn’t honest! You should stop that OR offer mini games where you actually CAN fix their teeth or clean out their ears or pop their pimples… Also, I noticed in the last upgrade that you got real stingy with the diamonds. No es bueno. I won’t be a customer long if I feel like it’s a money grab. And I HAVE spent real money for upgrades because I was having fun and I felt like the game was very fair at all the rewards. In the end, greed and dishonesty will not prosper you.
Finally, the cost of faster nurse, better doctor, faster equipment and more coins, etc is too high! It really is. Seven doctors with 13 levels, starting at 1500 to level them up??? And each level is more??? Don’t be greedy. It’s fun little game. it’s why I still gave it.4 stars even though I have all these complaints. I would like to hang on. So take my suggestions seriously.
Waste of time and money
Mon Nov 21 2022 HauntmePlease tell me why even have endless mode of you don’t get crap for coins when you win? Endless mode is not easy. The goal was win 1600 coins without losing a patient. I did that and only got 320 coins for winning!!?? Why not the 1600? I even wasted 200 gems to not lose a patient and restore patience. 200 gems that I paid real money for. This game is seriously needing some rethinking. If I can’t go back and earn coins to upgrade past levels and new ones it’s not worth anyones time. I play all the dash type games and I liked the fact I could go back to specific levels and play and earn. Endless mode is chump and at least if you have the dumb endless mode at least make the coins earned worth it. It literally is a waste of my time and money. And the fact that I used real money to buy the self making bed and only use it in one city and can’t go back to use that bed I purchased on specific levels of that city is worthless. Let this be a warning to anyone wondering about those upgrades that it’s a waste of money and or gems. I could get addicted to this game if you fixed what I suggested. I won’t waste anymore money if it stays like this. It needs to be like all those other dash type games. I’ll check back on the game later down the line to see if anything’s changed until then it’s pointless to play

Sat Mar 18 2023 nixhall32I actually like this game but cannot respect the developers. As you advance, the game does not allow you to enjoy it. This is because every time you reach/ meet the difficulty level it allows you to win and advance to the next difficulty level immediately. This is so you are ALWAYS behind. When you are behind, you are needy. You have 2 choices ... Either spend real cash or watch countless ads. Either Way they are making money from us needing to upgrade our doctors, equipment, patience, and devices. And oh, let's not forget that when you fail a level ,you only get 10% of the coins you actually won. Making this so frustrating. For example, if you are at zero and earn 700 coins during gameplay but failed...you are offered 70 coins. But hey, the doctor needs 1800.... it will take forever especially if you have used all your boosts. This is where the ads come in. Oh my, you really don't need to spend real money with this game but you will literally spend so much time watching ads just to get what you need to catch up. Either that, or spend real cash to bypass the ads. Summary Pro... Fun game, smooth gameplay, cool graphics Con... Being held hostage by countless ads because I don't want to spend $9.99 a week to bypass them.....not a typo....A WEEK!!
Fun game besides a few things…
Mon Feb 13 2023 smileysisaI really enjoy this game. I have advanced far and quickly with spending just under $3 of real money. I have watched what feels like thousands of ads though. I get it, developers need to make money one way or another, so I’m ok with spending my time instead of spending my money. However, there are a few things I am frustrated with. When you use the time freeze boost, the actual time should freeze, not just the patients’ moods. Then, that would be a much more useful boost. In other similar games I’ve played, the clock and the moods freeze. Also, I agree with others saying that the endless mode is way too difficult to start. In other similar games you started off easy then worked your way up in difficulty even in endless mode. Even with a lot of upgrades (including auto bed change) I cannot really beat endless mode without boosts. Then, I use up my boosts and get very little coins. Endless mode is useless so therefore the diamonds you spent on those premium upgrades are then useless as well. In short, I think the time freeze should freeze the clock too, and the endless mode should be improved to actually have some benefit to the users.
Good Strategy Game

I agree to a certain point. It does takes a long time to accumulate 1000 gems for one of the perks in the game (bed making). There are different locations to advance to during the game. Once you have either spent “real currency “ in the game or have waited a long time and MANY ads to attain the gems to purchase the perk (bed making), in my opinion that perk need to stay in effect since it’s an essential part of the nurses duty among all other tasks she has to do in every city. What’s happening now is whatever perk you buy they’re erased when you advance to another city. It’s honestly too many gems to spend for each city. You don’t receive gems for every ad and when you do get them it’s 20 gems or less. Even in rewards it’s hardly over 100 gems. At times it takes a whole lot of tries and possibly days to eventually pass a level to only receive very little rewards after 10 or more successful levels. If the team can work on these issues it would REALLY be appreciated. Thank you for your hard work.
Good but a bit overly difficult
Tue Feb 07 2023 dlispicyI agree with tons of other reviews. You do not earn enough coins to upgrade quick enough the keep up with the difficulty of the levels. I’m on the second set of levels & at difficulty 8. Still haven’t been given 2 of each doctor which is really needed at this difficulty to keep up and with spending pretty much every coin I get on leveling up doctors they still are all level 4 or 5 with a difficulty of 8! Pretty much impossible to beat the level I am on. Earn almost 800 coins with 16 patients and not lose any of them. How when I have 1 yellow doctor but you give me 3 patients to attend to? Extremely fun & addicting game just needs balanced to make progressing possible. At this point you would have to buy diamonds to purchase coins. I’m not a fan of pay to win. Also the big expensive upgrades like self cleaning bed should be for every single place not just one. Overpriced if it’s just for 1 place.
After every review you write “if you have a suggestion put it in game” but we are all suggesting things in these reviews!
If some things are changed and balanced I would definitely come back to playing this game.
used to love this game
Fri Feb 23 2024 caitlynms0913this game used to be genuinely very fun and challenging, but it has become such a money grab i’m almost to the point of deleting it. i used to enjoy getting to play this game daily, but as i’ve advanced (not sure if this is similar for new users or just advancing) it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete any levels. your doctors start our costing 1000 coins to upgrade but they’re only willing to give you 200 coins for completing the level. and if you fail it with 199 coins, they only give you 19 or the option to double coins for watching an ad (38 coins). you will be able to advance the first couple levels, but then they continually add things to upgrade along with your doctors so it becomes impossible to advance without spending real money. no matter if you win or lose in this game, there is no way to mindlessly enjoy it without paying, and it’s so blatantly obvious at this point it’s kind of gross, especially because it’s advertised for children 12+ /:
also, if you are downloading this game from an ad that interested you, it is probably fake! have seen tons of ads displaying game play that is no where to be found in this app, which is also very misleading and gross

Sat Jun 17 2023 USA Mom808First of all, the ad that prompted me to download this game was a total lie. Strike one. They advertise being the doctor or nurse working closely on an issue for a patient and that RARELY happens. They give you several easy ones in the beginning, but then it just keeps saying the next one will unlock “soon” and never does (I went through several different hospital locations without a single unlock). What they really want to rope you into doing is playing this ridiculous farce running around a hospital as the ONLY nurse in the building doing everything for everyone. The coins and gems you earn are nowhere near enough to purchase the upgrades you need to make winning each level even feasible as you get into harder levels. Which forces you to either spend a bunch of money on packs of gems and coins to do the upgrades or just keep playing the same level forever and never getting anywhere. Even the boosts are useless when they start forcing your nurse to go up and down escalators or elevators so her speed just vanishes while she’s stuck on those. They WANT it to be so frustrating that you cave and spend cash on their game. NO THANK YOU AND GOOD DAY SIRS! 😡
