Thu May 04 2023 Jules726I recently started playing this game and soon realized I needed to invest some money into it if I wanted to move ahead at anything but a snails pace, which was fine, and I did. I soon won my first tournament and was rewarded with the top prize. Moving on to the next level I added more money and played through almost the entire level and also won that tournament. When there was about 4 min left on the tournament and I was ahead by a great deal,.. I had to go about life and when I came back the icon was gone and I received zero coins or diamonds. There was just no icon or notification nothing. I reached out via the in game customer service and after waiting awhile they responded basically with non helpful information like “wait until it’s over” even though it was already long finished. Then they said “thanks for the feedback” and they’d let me know if they hear anything that helps in the future. Unbelievable. So needless to say will not be playing this came anymore. I have no issue paying, but when the game robs you of what’s won. And doesn’t make right, it’s not worth playing. .
Update in response to developer response. I did contact you in the game and nothing happened like stated above, they just said thanks for feed back .

Thu Mar 21 2024 Lochelle38I downloaded this game almost six months ago and I play for a about an hour everyday. If you do not want to purchase things in the app, don’t! You can still pass the levels and build up your coins and diamonds to do things you want and progress to the next level. If you are someone who is impatient and you don’t mind making in-app purchases, then go for it. You will progress in the levels very quickly if you spend money, but it absolutely is NOT necessary. I took off one star in this rating because of the catch 22 regarding coins,. The game only allows you to build up so many coins before you can progress to the next level. At some point, you will need to spend your coins and diamonds because if you don’t advance the equipment, you’ll never pass the level. I like to build up my coins and diamonds in any app and use it to upgrade items all at once as opposed to one at a time. The price of an upgrade is insane too. However; overall, this is a fun game that you can waste a good amount of time playing before you have to wait until your lives refill.

Fri Nov 08 2024 ZerosarefunIf you came here for a relaxing game, this is not it. The display ads for the game are for a small mini game that offers a very little reward for completing. The primary game is you controlling a single nurse to complete various tasks within a specified time limit, or before losing certain objectives. To keep pace with the advancing difficulty as you progress through the levels, you must buy upgrades or use single-use items, which are lost whether or not you successfully complete the level. However the game gives increasingly diminishing rewards as you progress in reference to the total cost of upgrades to complete levels, and near impossibly short clocks which you have to use hard to get items to have a realistic chance to overcome, incentivizing players to spend real money (for an underwhelming amount of in-game resources) to have a chance at winning without having to grind for days or weeks just to complete a single level. A predatory tactic, but one most of us are used to.
Yes, you can eventually beat the high levels without spending money, but you will have to slog through many days of losses to get even one level beat. I’m sure the Dev’s know what they’re doing, and exactly how to maximize their profits, and they’re just using tried and true tactics to make money, but the implementation of the tactics they’re using to do so, in this particular game, almost seem malicious to the player.

Round after round my equipment and my doctors are just so low so to upgrade them I need money but I’m not getting enough money to upgrade them so how am I even get to the end for it to say that I’m missing 10 coins and then I lose everything sometimes it says i can watching an ad for a customer, but it still doesn’t end up being enough and each level you pass, you’re supposed to upgrade your equipment and doctor, but I’m not getting paid enough to do that and I keep losing around after round because of my equipment please fix this. I shouldn’t be able to buy coins to pass a level at least if y’all are going to make us upgrade our equipment every level we pass , make sure you’re giving us enough to upgrade our equipment so we could pass the next level because I can’t get to the next level because my equipment is low and my coins are low too. The equipment are almost 1500 each im only getting 800 coins every round that i pass and every round the equipment needs to get updated. Please fix this. I like the game so much I’m addicted but I can’t play it now imma have to delete it and find another one bcs its good dont get me wrong but i cant play bcs i cant buy stuff.

Fri Jul 07 2023 Yerlitah !This game I started liking it at the beginning but later on it became really annoying that they would reward me prices and not really show it in the little item to actually use it! I’ve been giving power ups like the quick shoe and the time freeze and it doesn’t show them all in the game to use them its like it doesn’t get past 2-3 and i save them and don’t use them and when i get more it still doesn’t show in the little square to use but the most frustrating one is the notepad with the check marks that i’ve been given 4 already and the square still says 0 like where do they all goooo??!!! And on top of that u have to pay a lot of real money to get anywhere in the game because a little things costs 1000 diamonds but then u get 4-6-8 for a big win and just to add 30 secs to the game they charge 50 diamonds like u need to play for like 20 levels to make that up again it just seems very stressful to play this game that’s supposed to be to relax ! That’s w/o saying that the game when u’re actually playing its like the touch doesn’t work and the animated ppl don’t move but u even dare to touch near the power ups even if they’re on the way on the last second of the game and they actually discount them from you even if u don’t get to use them! In this game u just loose regardless of what you do!

Mon Oct 23 2023 OldpeaklaneI really do like this game. I’ve spent a little money on it and that huge for me cause I have never spent money on a game. The reason for a 2 star is I can’t believe the ads from Chapters: Interactive Stories!! They are super inappropriate for the game that is being played. I have young kids that will play. This is not rated explicit or mature and should only allow ads that are accordingly. I have seen ads for Chapters for a while. I don’t like them but they’ve gotten so bad the last couple weeks. I’m ready to delete this app. When the ad comes up I force close but if I do continue to see it over the next week I will have to say good bye!
Update… I got a response but did not change my opinion because I can tell my review wasn’t read. I never said to get rid of ads. I’m totally fine with ads. You have to make your money somehow. But when you are playing a family friendly game and an ad comes up where 2 characters are having sex I can no longer play the game and definitely not have my kids play. Sure I can pay to not have ads but in order to get further in the game you need to watch some ads and you can’t block those. So my kids will see them. Please make money and have ads still but not for mature audiences when it’s a game for everyone.

Sun Oct 01 2023 Sehxy BeastThis game is not rocket science, yet, it’s designed as if, every single player is paid in ‘rocket science’ money, in real life, and that we all developed the game, together.
Why not just lower the prices (waayy down) so that more people can play?! They’re gonna purchase more items in the long run and your game won’t get banned. And the prizes are so minuscule and worthless, that it’s pointless to put in all your efforts ‘cause you know it’s not worth it.👀 It literally gets so difficult, immediately, that it’s physically impossible to enjoy. Hence — you’re forcing us to spend an obscene amount of money, especially when we get nothing in-return (You’re right, we can always delete it and go about our days; but, what kind of professionalism is that, if we have to choose between ‘your way’ and the ‘highway’? If I built a game, I’d want people to stay, so I’d be incredibly reasonable with my time in making said game. My advice to you? DON’T BE GREEDY — it isn’t sexy…
UPDATE: I KNEW you’d respond this way and, unfortunately for you — I stand by what I say. “Many people aren’t passing this game without payment”, it only lasts until the first 10 levels or so of each island, then it’s constant struggle. I’ve never been able to pass any high-level round without money. You cannot convince someone who uses their awareness for a living, to be unaware.
Kinda frustrated

First problem is the lives of you fail a level lives get taken off and when your down to your last life you either pay money or use your diamonds i have no problems with that but the only thing is why is the lives thing needed i don’t see a point in the life’s. Second problem is when your doing the treatment on a patient say we’re trying to pop the pimples of their ear well when i saw it in the ads you could do it by yourself but no all you do it tap it and i don’t want to just tap it i want to do it by myself. Third problem is why is there only one “maid” or the person who gets the medicine and stuff yea i get you can get bigger trays but when your on a high level it can get stressful bc there’s only one person maid i think there should atleast be two or three. I think a lot of things in the game are pointless but i do really like the game other than those three thing that are stupid half of it is what the ads show you but the other half isn’t.

Sat Sep 16 2023 Ellie6292This game basically wasted my whole entire day. I just wanted to have a calm day by playing ASMR games but instead I have to take care of patients. The first level was pretty satisfying, but I do not like this game at all. Because I did a lot today and I just wanted to chill by playing some ASMR games but instead I have to take care of patients. Does it look like I have time for taking care of patients? Oh yeah and also on an iPad. Couldn’t forget that.😒 you guys seriously called this game and ASMR game but it’s not an ASMR game anyone who’s reading this please do not download this game. This game is just a disgrace, there’s absolutely no point in downloading this if you just want to have a calming day instead of me having a relaxing calming day I have to deal with taking care of patients like I said, does it look like I have time for taking care of patients? No everyone just wants to play an ASMR game but instead this disgraceful game has to get in everyone’s way this game is just useless at this point. If there’s anyone to blame blame the person who made this game. Everyone point fingers at him or her.🙄 also by the way it took me hours to write this message to figure out what to say because I was way too disappointed to even think of anything to say
Love the game but be prepared to spend real money
Wed Jul 17 2024 Quarterhorselover8I do love this game. I love the cooking dash games and this is very similar. Only thing that bugs me is it’s impossible to progress without spending your own money. Like for example on a level you can get 1300 on a level but every so many level increases the difficulty and you have to level up the doctors there are 5 doctors and it will take 2200 or so to level up each doctor by the time you level up each doctor it’s time to level them up again and you can’t level up the equipment, or increase revenue on equipment or by thing for lobby to increase patients patience. I think they could fix this by only one way to level up equipment so when you level it up it does both work time and money. Or let us earn more money per level. And let us get boost to double money like that delicious cooking game with Emily. That game also have were you watch a video you can double your money. That would be a good idea. So they really do make it so that you have to spend your own money. I’ve spent way more than I should have on this game
