I’ve seen this game a thousand times before, just with water or sand. Now it’s pills. It’s fine, I guess, if you have a pathological need to organize things, but there is zero creativity here. The 'prescription' gimmick adds a tiny bit of flavor, but the core gameplay is just swiping left and right for hours.
It feels like a game designed to be played while you're half-asleep or sitting in a waiting room. There’s no tension, no real challenge that isn't just 'do it faster,' and the art is as generic as it gets. Why would anyone pay $7 to remove ads for this? It’s a basic mobile template that someone slapped a pharmacy theme on. I’m forty, my back hurts, and the last thing I want to do for fun is sort pills.
