You play as a 'pigeon associate' working for the underworld, tasked with reclaiming the neighborhood one district at a time. The core gameplay involves a bird's-eye-view of various suburban environments, where you must use precision 'pooping' and dive-bombing to take out enemies—mostly neighborhood cats, drones, and humans who have wronged the flock.

As an expert in roguelike loops, I found the progression to be expertly tuned. Every run provides you with breadcrumbs (the game's currency) that you can spend on permanent upgrades to your pigeon’s flight speed, pooping frequency, and health. The procedural generation ensures that the yards and streets you fly over always feel fresh, and the mafia-themed narrative is genuinely funny, with bird-related puns galore. Dinsun here. I appreciate a good theme, and 'The Godfeather' leans hard into its mobster-pigeon premise. The gameplay is a mix of stealth and top-down shooting (well, dropping). It’s clever, and the mission variety keeps things moving for a few hours. I liked the upgrade paths—it gives you a reason to keep playing beyond the initial gag.

However, the controls feel a bit loose. Maneuvering a bird shouldn't feel this floaty, even for a pigeon. It feels like a 'streamer game'—built more for a quick laugh and a viral clip than long-term engagement. It’s better than the average mobile trash, but it’s not a masterpiece. A solid 6 out of 10 experience for a rainy afternoon.
