Dinsun Review
I'm a fan of the movie's absurdity, but this game feels like a cash grab. It's a basic brawler that lacks the 'crunch' of a Streets of Rage or even a decent mobile arcade title. You punch, you kick, you move on. The animatronic designs are faithful, sure, but the gameplay loop is as repetitive as a broken record.
There’s a certain charm in playing as a silent Nic Cage analogue, but without the actual performance to carry it, you're left with a mediocre fighting engine and some murky textures. It captures the look of a budget horror flick perfectly, mostly because the game itself feels like it was made on a shoestring budget. If you're obsessed with the movie, you'll get ten minutes of novelty out of it. Otherwise, it's a pass.
