Dinsun here. Now this is how you do a crossover. Combining the paddle mechanics of Arkanoid with the bullet-dodging of Space Invaders sounds odd on paper, but it works perfectly in practice. It turns the passive act of dodging into an aggressive counter-attack.
There's a lot of content here—150 levels is no joke—and the character skills add a layer of strategy that keeps the gameplay from getting stale. It can get chaotic and sometimes feels like you win by luck when the screen is full of bullets, but for the most part, it’s pure skill. As a fan of the originals, this hit all the right notes for me. It’s a must-play for arcade veterans.
