Dinsun Review
The physics in BilliPool are actually quite respectable. If you understand how to put English on a ball, it mostly behaves like it would on felt. The 3D graphics are sharp enough, and I appreciate that there are a thousand levels to work through.
However, it falls into the same trap as many mobile sports games: the cue 'upgrades.' In real life, a better cue doesn't magically make the ball go into the pocket for you, but here it feels like a soft 'pay-to-win' mechanic. I just want to play pool, not manage a collection of glowing, enchanted sticks. It’s fine for a quick game, but it lacks the soul of a true simulator.
