Dinsun Review
Dinsun here, and I'm actually putting my grumbling aside for a second. Golf Odyssey 2 is what a mobile game should be. It’s not trying to be a console game; it’s leaning into the platform. The pixel art is beautiful in its simplicity, and the soundtrack is actually something I wouldn't mind listening to on its own.
The difficulty curve is steep, and I appreciate that. It respects the player. You have to actually account for physics—it’s not just mindless tapping. It reminds me of the old Flash games from the early 2000s where the focus was on one single, polished mechanic. It’s got style, it’s got substance, and it’s not constantly begging for my credit card. It’s one of the few games on this list I’d actually recommend.
