Pixel Flow! in IOS

Our Site Score

80/100

Pixel Flow is a clever evolution of the 'connect the dots' genre. The main hook here is the payoff: instead of just clearing a board, you're actually 'painting' a piece of pixel art. This makes every level feel purposeful. The puzzles start off almost too easy, but the 15x15 grids will genuinely test your spatial reasoning.

The interface is clean and distraction-free, which fits the 'Zen' vibe perfectly. I particularly appreciated the 'Perimeter Rule' strategy; it feels rewarding when you finally see a complex image of a cat or a sunset emerge from what looked like a mess of colored lines. It's a fantastic 'podcast game'—something to do with your hands while your mind is elsewhere.

Dinsun Review

Dinsun here. We’ve reached the point in mobile gaming history where we are making pixel-art clones of games that were already simple enough. Pixel Flow is just 'Flow Free.' There is zero mechanical difference. You connect the dots. You don't cross the lines. That's it. It’s the digital equivalent of a coloring book, and while there’s nothing 'wrong' with it, there’s nothing 'new' either.

The pixel art is fine, I suppose, but for a game this simple, the visuals don't really matter. It’s a low-energy game for low-energy moments. If you have any other version of this game on your phone, you don't need this. If you don't, this one works fine. It’s middle-of-the-road software that existence purely to capture some search traffic. Not offensive, but not interesting.

The Game

Available on: iPhone, iPad, iPod

Version 0.23.1Thu Apr 16 2026

Hold onto your controllers, this update is loaded! We’ve got new features, cooler levels, and extra polish all around. Performance is slick, bugs are history, and the fun is waiting for you!

Requires iOS 14.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Conveyor’s ready, pigs are on standby. Tap to send a pig onto the conveyor so it rains balls onto pixel cubes of its own color. The number above its head is its ammo: that’s how many hits it makes. Run out and it leaves the stage; if not, it slips into one of the 5 waiting slots and, when you tap again, it jumps back on the conveyor to fire another round.

The conveyor has a capacity—push past the limit and you’ll need to wait. Send them in the right order, manage the flow, and hit the cubes to clear the board piece by piece. Simple mechanic, sticky loop: tap → flow → repeat.

Highlights

One-tap control: Quick sessions, easy one-handed play.

Color matching: Pigs only hit their own color—no target-picking hassle.

Conveyor capacity: Timing and queue management add a bite-size strategy layer.

5 waiting slots: Stack, sort, and launch at the perfect moment.

Short but “one more round” feel: Perfect for micro-breaks.

Satisfying pixel cleanup: Every hit leaves the board feeling crisp.

For anyone who loves fast action-puzzles, timing, and flow management. The pigs are ready. The cubes… not so much.

Pixel Flow combines the mechanics of 'Link the Dots' with pixel art. Each level presents a grid with pairs of colored pixels. You must draw a line between each pair to fill the board. Lines cannot cross, and every square must be filled. As you complete the connections, the lines form a cohesive piece of pixel art. It's a perfect blend of logic and creativity.
