Plane Emergency Landing is an arcade-style flying game that focuses on the most intense part of any flight: the landing. The physics are intentionally exaggerated and 'floaty,' leaning more into the fun of a crash-landing than a realistic flight simulator. It’s all about managing your descent and speed to hit the runway—or whatever flat surface you can find—without exploding.
It’s a great 'short burst' game. The levels are quick, and the variety of planes and emergency scenarios (engine failures, storms, etc.) keep things interesting. It might not satisfy hardcore flight sim fans, but for anyone looking for some high-stakes arcade action, it’s a fun ride.
I was hoping for a bit of a challenge here, something that required actual pilot intuition. Instead, I got a game that feels like it’s on rails. The 'emergencies' are mostly cosmetic; you just tilt your phone and hope the physics engine doesn't decide to freak out on the runway. There’s no weight to the planes, and the flight model is so simplified it borders on patronizing.
The graphics are mediocre at best—the ground textures look like they were pulled from a 2005 PC game. It’s also incredibly repetitive. Once you’ve landed on one runway, you’ve landed on them all, regardless of whether you have one engine or none. It’s a 4/10 time-waster that fails to capture any of the drama its title suggests. It’s more of a 'slight inconvenience landing' than an 'emergency landing.'
Performance: Runs fine on older hardware; no major bugs found.
Buy if: You want a very casual flight game with a 'disaster' theme.
Skip if: You are looking for a flight simulator with realistic physics or high-quality visuals.

Plane Emergency Landing puts you in the pilot's seat during the most critical moments of a flight. Face various mechanical failures and environmental hazards across numerous levels. You'll need to balance your glide slope, manage your remaining power, and choose the perfect moment to deploy your landing gear. With a variety of planes from small props to massive jumbo jets, every landing is a new challenge.
Realistic Emergency Scenarios
Multiple Aircraft Types
Challenging Weather Conditions
Intuitive Flight Controls
Dynamic Crash Physics
If you are too fast, you'll bounce off the runway. If you are too slow, you'll stall. Keep your nose slightly down to maintain speed until you are just above the tarmac.
Use your remaining engine bursts carefully to align with the runway. In total engine failure, focus entirely on your glide ratio.
Yes, Plane Emergency Landing can be played without an internet connection, making it perfect for travel.
