Surgeon Simulator on mobile is a masterpiece of intentional frustration and dark comedy. It perfectly translates the notoriously difficult controls of the PC original to a touch interface, making the act of saving poor Bob’s life even more chaotic. You aren't just a surgeon; you are a surgeon with seemingly no motor skills, wielding hammers, saws, and lasers with terrifying imprecision.
The game thrives on its 'fail hilariously' philosophy. Dropping a spare lung on the floor or accidentally throwing a scalpel into Bob's chest cavity is half the fun. The mobile version includes unique operations like eye and teeth transplants, and even the zero-gravity alien autopsies. It’s a simulation that doesn't take itself seriously, and as a result, it’s one of the most entertaining and memorable games on the App Store. Just don't expect to actually learn anything about medicine!

Surgeon Simulator is a darkly humorous simulation game where players take on the role of Nigel Burke, an aspiring surgeon with a penchant for clumsiness. Using various medical (and non-medical) tools, you must perform complex surgeries on a patient named Bob. The game features a variety of scenarios, including operations in a moving ambulance and even outer space. It is famous for its difficult control scheme, which is designed to make even the simplest surgical tasks a challenge.
Hilarious 'shaky-hand' physics
Heart and kidney transplants
Alien autopsy mode
Ambulance corridor surgeries
Over 50 achievements
Always keep an eye on Bob's blood level. If you're losing blood too quickly, use the green syringe to stop the bleeding before continuing the transplant.
Use your fingers to grab and manipulate tools. Unlike the PC version, the mobile version focuses on multi-touch gestures to move the hand and interact with Bob's internal organs.
Not at all. The game is a dark comedy and intentionally unrealistic for entertainment purposes.
