Goat Simulator 3 on mobile is a technical marvel and an absolute riot. Transitioning the sheer chaos of the PC/Console version to a handheld device could have been a disaster, but the developers nailed it. The physics are intentionally broken in the most hilarious way possible, and the world is packed with so many secrets and pop-culture references that you'll spend hours just headbutting random objects to see what happens.
What makes this entry special is the inclusion of actual 'quests' and a sense of progression, even if that progression is just unlocking a skin that turns you into a tall goat (a giraffe). The multiplayer functionality works surprisingly well, allowing you and a friend to cause coordinated mayhem. It is the ultimate 'mess around and find out' game, and it feels right at home on mobile for quick bursts of ridiculousness.
