Just as I remembered.
Fri Jul 11 2025 Kloey 🙃Okay, so I hopped back into Warframe after like, two years, and seriously, it's just as awesome as I remember, maybe even better. The biggest thing for me is that it's actually free-to-play. Like, for real. You don't have to shell out cash to play and the premium currency in this game you can get through trading for free, which is super refreshing. You can earn pretty much everything just by playing, and that's how it should be. The game movement mechanics, it's still so good! Zipping around, wall-running, bullet-jumping, sliding into enemies... it just feels so smooth and satisfying. Plus, there's just so much to do. Quests, different worlds to explore, tons of Warframes (basically, super cool suits alien suits with different abilities) and weapons to collect and level up. You could seriously sink hundreds of hours into this game and still find new stuff to mess with. It's wild.
My only tiny gripe is that I wish I could've just logged in with my old Xbox account instead of starting fresh with my iCloud. But honestly, it's a minor thing. The game's so fun that even grinding through the early stuff again has been a blast.
If you're looking for a game that's truly free, plays like a dream, good grind, amazing lore, and has enough content to keep you busy for hours, you gotta check out Warframe. Seriously, dive in, you won't regret it 🤷
Great Game! But the grinding is tedious….
Mon Jul 07 2025 The Biological MachineI gotta say, before I say any of this in order not to mislead you! Because this game is AMAZING!!! Trust me person, you will fall in love! But, now on to one of the only bad things! Grinding is sometimes absolutely horrible! The developers are, I gotta say! DEVIOUS for this sin of grinding, I can’t lie… but this is only sometimes so I do recommend playing! (Just in case the devs see this, the annoying parts (-for me) are Necromech grinding and overall prime grinding and that is literally it! Of course I’m not a end-game veteran so there might be more, but so far this is it! Also a recommendation if you ever want to change this, is that you can make it so you could maybe, do fairly hard missions (as these are sought-for primes after all!) in order from the rare, valuable and strongest primes having the hardest missions and the opposite standing having the easier missions. You could make the necromech better by just by making grinding it by getting the mission directly from that mining guy at deimos, (if that’s how you spell it…) and when you do it, you get a certain amount of tokens for it and you buy the *straight* material (meaning when you get that said, “material” you don’t have to craft it into something else you use those materials bought straight from that miner guy to build the necromech) from that miner guy (I forget the name of…)! Thank you for reading, Enjoy the game! (Or making it if ur the dev!)
As perfect of a port as an advanced game like Warframe can be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thu May 22 2025 YoroselI play with a ps5 controller and on an M4 IPad Pro, with these specs It feels and plays better and smoother than a ps4 or Xbox, the only visible difference from current gen is that the frame cap is at 60fps and that the lighting effects and fidelity are ever so slightly scaled down. This is the most advanced mobile game on the App Store and it is not even close. There are no concessions, from start of the game to high level endurance runs that some consoles struggle to run, it can be played and enjoyed from start to finish on the latest IPad. Load times lightening quick and barely give you time to steer your ship around lol. I used to play on PC and the only, and I mean only thing I miss is mouse and keyboard support and 120fps. Feels crazy that I am even asking for this ON A MOBILE GAME, that’s how high they have raised the bar, most other reviews their issues are problems that deal with it being a tiny screen and not using a controller. When you have a larger screen and a controller they are non issues. An issue with the platform itself, not the game. It is an outstanding port that should be studied by other developers. Warframe is what the future of Mobile gaming looks like!!! I’d give it 6/5 stars if I could
I love this game!
Wed Dec 18 2024 WarframeFanAs we are entering the questbook, we find a quest called “lotus’s lost memory” we enter the quest and find out that the lotus is having a large headache from the void. So we fly in and find a new ship, but this one was different it was from the first generation of the humans, and it was called the “damaged battery”it was a large warframe-like ship that was in pieces but each peace was attached by the vulnerable core. As we enter, we go to the first mission to kill the enemy and find out that the faction of the enemy is called “Tenno” so it was like a ton of Tenno operators but they don’t even own a warframe but they have the void power. So as we are trying to fight them off them we head into a spy mission and find out they formed the void, they are lost, and they can’t think straight as if someone took control of them. The next mission is an assassination mission where you have to kill Prime Excalibur, Prime Volt, and Prime mag. And after you done all of that you stop the corrupted Tenno from making a huge empire. The lotus sees it as a new home and makes a base there, just like the Fortuna, Cetus, necralisk, and the chrysalith. But it will be called lotus’s throne. (I had a dream tonight of this but if you don’t wanna add it due to lure reasons I get it.)
Overall the game is 4 stars mobile 3
Thu May 22 2025 teadizz1eThe game overall is very good. Grindy but that’s half the fun. With several hundred weapons and over 50 unique frames as well there’s a play style for everyon. There’s so much content and the developers drop more every day. There’s so much content there’s no way you can do everything in 1 day which really helps add diversity to the gameplay instead of it being like most shooters or MMO’s where you do a few dailies then log out.
My only complaint is the ui on the mobile version. They make changes to it a lot and have removed several mechanics that I personally enjoyed such as a melee mode. It allowed for a quick switch between guns to melee allowing for fast level clears for certain missions like capture missions for relics. They change up the ui a lot which is a little frustrating because once you get used to the ui they make some changes. It would be nice if they had a fully customizable control system like call of duty mobile has, allowing you to remove or add buttons of your choice. Without a controller this game can be a little difficult to play with touch screen and a fully customizable touch control would greatly fix this issue. Also the railjack is difficult to control on mobile it feels like the controls are delayed and sensitivity feels off.
Tough controls, great port!
Thu Dec 12 2024 TheLastArgonautThe controls are really difficult on mobile. There are some maps I cannot even get to extraction because I cannot interact with the bars as I am flying past when I am outside and continuously fall to my death. Even with as difficult as it is to control on mobile, I sincerely give this game 5 stars. For how in-depth and immersive the content and play style of Warframe is, I cannot imagine a scenario where you can have mobile (touch screen only) controls be on the same playing field as a console controller (let alone PC). A touch screen is essentially one button, they of course split it into multiple different buttons, but I digress. Warframe is an awesome game with insane content for being one of the best F2P games I have ever played. What really blows me away in this port is that my account and progress transfer between different devices. There are stages I am not even going to attempt on mobile, but other farming stages are perfectly fine on mobile. The more challenging stages I save for when I have time to sit down on my console. Regardless, great work! I love the game, and I oo
Best game from an everything gamer!
Tue Jan 14 2025 Banned for 1 dayI love you guys, the people who created this game, the men and women who still do to this day, man I cannot thank you guys enough for this amazing content going on for at least 5 years of my journey with this understatement of a game! You did it best back then and even now with the 1999 “bringing new experience to the game”, this is truly marvelous to sit back and enjoy just crafting, great storyline, mob killing and complete customization of everything so once again thank you and please keep doing what you do best with this game, making it even better then it was some magical way. I think we loyal reuccuring fans definitely appreciate the free platinum after you bring new content, i have to say if this game ever goes, I will feel something for it and that’s pretty cool for someone to only call it a game. ~your happy fan zackkprime421 if anyone from the Tenno community needs any help playing ANY missions as I love the community and the nastalgia from being here from almost the beginning!
Best Game Ever!
Mon Mar 24 2025 ChrisShadowChaosCool graphics, lots of content, and tons of weapons characters and more. This game is free to play unless you want to spend the money for platinum (this game’s currency) and other stuff. But you can farm for platinum by making trades with other players, and there are a lot of things being sold for platinum.
Been playing warframe for about 5 years now, originally I played it on my PS4 but I sold it. Fast forward a few years I see the game in the Apple Store and thought “it must be a half baked version of the game only for mobile.” But I figured I’d give it a shot. I was immediately blown away to find out it’s a 1 to 1 copy as the regular gaming consoles. Got a controller and I couldn’t have been any happier to jump back in.
To those complaining about load times:
1. You must first have a phone capable of running games. Check your phone specs or look up reviews on how well it handles big mobile games. This isn’t your run of the mill candy crush, cooking fever, or monopoly, it’s an actual game with graphics.
2. Clear up space on your phone. Should probably be managing that anyways, but it’s a big game so you need a lot of space.
3. Make sure your phone is updated to latest software.
I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, I’ve never had issues with any game I played with high graphics. So if you’re having trouble with loading times or storage, it’s probably your device.
Amazing port but…
Sat Feb 01 2025 music to me ears hmmmmIt’s a great step to bring the highly popular game to more people and for long time players to have access on the go, with great settings to help adapt the game and minimize finger gymnastics such as a 2 in one button to bullet jump and auto fire weapons when pointing it at a target. they did a great job however has a solo platform or on a low end or old device don’t even try it unless you just play the updates when they come out and neglect the end game. there are just some things that don’t run as well on mobile and some frames are actually unplayable without controller support. the game is often behind on updates, while it’s gotten better with time is even more riddled with bugs than any other platform. please keep in mind the game was never originally built with mobile in mind. Even still there are some things that are actually easier on mobile for long time mobile gamers. just remember at the end of the day it’s a port not a different version thus there’s no way to fully optimize mobile play.
Possibly the best mobile game out there!
Wed Mar 19 2025 Silverbullet042Warframe is easily one of my favorite games of all time. Originally I played on the consoles, and decided to give mobile a try. Safe to say, I love it! While my only real gripe is that some cosmetics aren’t available on mobile, everything else is perfect! The gameplay is exhilarating and fast paced with thousands of hours of replay ability. Warframe caters to everyone’s tastes and unique play styles. Do you like punching your enemies halfway across the solar system? Why not try Atlas. Do you want to feast upon your foes and use them as energy? Grendel! Do you want to outrun even the fastest of foes? Gauss! Simply put, if you like a specific play style, odds are that Warframe has exactly the thing for you! And let’s not forget the expansive story that makes the universe of Warframe come alive! It has vast open worlds and a near infinite variety of missions across the solar system. The game is just perfect!
