Getting Started with Summon Quest

Begin your journey in Summon Quest by selecting your first skill, ideally Dodge Shot I, to enhance your mobility and survivability. Focus on constant movement using the on-screen joystick to dodge enemy attacks. As you clear levels, choose one of three randomized skills to build your Summoner’s power. Prioritize skills like Lightning Vortex or Directed Bounce for high damage output. Collect coins and keys during runs to unlock chests and upgrade gear. Aim to defeat mini-bosses to recruit them as summonable companions, which can be tactically deployed in battle.

Mastering Combat and Summons

Combat in Summon Quest relies on a mix of dodging, shooting, and strategic summoning. Use the dash mechanic to evade enemy missiles and trigger skills like Lightning Vortex for area damage. Build your team by recruiting defeated bosses, such as Zorron or Miss Maneater, and summon them using three available slots. Pay attention to elemental advantages to deal extra damage. For example, counter enemy elements with your summons to maximize impact. Experiment with skill combinations like Bloodrage, Invincible, and Strong Will for near-invincibility, or focus on penetration and attack speed for crowd control.

How do I unlock new summons in Summon Quest?

New summons are unlocked by defeating mini-bosses and final bosses in each region. Once defeated, some bosses, like Lucifer in the Inferno Peak update, can be recruited and summoned in battle using one of your three summon slots.
