What sets Thomas & Friends™: Let's Roll+ apart from other licensed kids' games is its genuine commitment to inclusivity. The inclusion of Bruno the Brake Car, a neurodivergent character, isn't just a surface-level addition; the game's design reflects a calm, sensory-friendly philosophy that makes it accessible for children who might find other games too frantic.
The Track Builder is surprisingly intuitive. My four-year-old was able to create a functional (albeit chaotic) loop in minutes. The ability to then immediately jump into the engine and drive on that track provides a great 'cause-and-effect' learning moment. It’s essentially a digital version of those classic wooden train sets, but without the risk of stepping on a stray piece of track in the middle of the night.
The seasonal updates, like the Autism Acceptance Month and Earth Month events, show that StoryToys is actively maintaining and improving the experience. It’s a wholesome, educational, and high-quality app that every parent with a 'train phase' toddler should have. It respects the child's time and the parents' peace of mind.
Dinsun here. It's Thomas the Tank Engine. It's meant for kids who still think trains have faces. As a 'game,' it’s barely functional—you press a button and the train moves. There’s no strategy, no risk, and very little reward. The graphics are 'fine' for a mobile app, but they lack the tactile charm of the original wooden toys or even the CGI show. It’s clearly a licensed cash-grab aimed at parents who need ten minutes of peace. It's not offensive, just incredibly boring.
Performance: Smooth; simple graphics don't tax the hardware.

This month, we celebrate friendship for Autism Acceptance Month with Thomas and his buddy, Bruno! Take Thomas and Bruno on journeys around your favorite Sodor locations, or build your own adventures in Track Builder. As April is Earth Month, why not pay a visit to Whiff's Recycling Plant, where you can do your bit for the environment, cleaning up rubbish and then having fun sorting it into the right containers?
Thomas & Friends™: Let's Roll+ is a creative sandbox designed for preschoolers and young rail fans. Children can pick their favorite engines—including Thomas, Percy, and Bruno the Brake Car—and explore iconic Sodor locations. The game features a robust Track Builder, allowing kids to design their own layouts with scenery and then drive on them. Created with neurodivergent children in mind, the game offers a calm, safe environment with clear choices and no high-pressure timers, encouraging spatial awareness and self-expression.

Each location like the Recycling Plant or the Old Mine offers interactive objects. Stop your engine near Whiff's recycling plant to sort rubbish and learn about the environment!
