Dinsun here. If you've played one Kairosoft game, you've essentially played them all, and Boxing Gym Story doesn't deviate from the blueprint. You build rooms, watch little pixel people train, click through menus to upgrade stats, and repeat. That said, the blueprint works for a reason. It's an incredibly addictive loop that respects the player's time while providing just enough depth to keep you engaged.
The boxing theme fits the management style well. Watching your fighters grow from amateurs to world champions is satisfying, though the actual fights are largely hands-off. My main criticism as a veteran is that the formula is getting a bit stale. There are no real surprises here—the UI is the same as it was ten years ago, and the gameplay beats are predictable. However, compared to the ad-infested trash that dominates the App Store, a premium Kairosoft title is still a reliable purchase for any fan of the management genre.
