The actual shooting mechanics are floaty, and the 'physics' involved when a giant's limb breaks look like a glitch from a 1998 beta test. It’s a game that thinks scale is a substitute for substance.
What truly makes this unplayable is the ad integration. You get an ad when you start, an ad when you finish, and an ad if you look at the screen wrong. It’s not a game; it’s an 'advertisement viewer' that occasionally lets you pull a trigger. For a 40-year-old gamer like me who remembers when you bought a game and actually *owned* it, this 'free-to-play' model is insulting. The device heat issues and lag just add insult to injury.
